It allows for scalable, remote assessments using publicly accessible information, and includes a complete operational package comprising methodology, assessment framework, production tools, and documentation. Although it has yet to be commercialized, it presents significant opportunities for a security service provider, consulting firm, or similar organization aiming to expand into the higher education sector. The Project Keystone system offers a structured approach for evaluating physical security risks on open campuses by analyzing public data on threats, vulnerabilities, and repercussions. Once acquired, it could be used to deliver tailored executive-level reports, including risk profiles and mitigation recommendations, to community colleges. While pre-revenue, the assets include developed methodologies, operational workflows, and digital assets, ready for commercialization. Positioned as a standardized product rather than consultant-based, Keystone has the potential to engage over 1,000 U.S. community colleges, spanning individual and system-level institutions, without needing existing revenue channels or customer bases. The emphasis going forward is on scalability and integration into existing educational security services, with the developer offering initial post-sale support to ensure a smooth transition and successful market entry.
