I'm drawn to these types of businesses for their steady cash flow and better value for the investment. They come with a stable customer base that provides dependable recurring revenue, and they tend to weather economic downturns well. I've discovered that many have unique niches which create a barrier to entry for competition. With many owners retiring, there's a real opportunity in professional services right now making it an ideal time to enter this space.
