This document outlines a security-focused AI SaaS designed for meeting recording, transcription, and summarization. The service prioritizes secure data processing, encrypting data on the browser side before upload, and only temporarily decrypting it for necessary processing. After transcription, any plaintext data is deleted, with only encrypted results being stored. Transparent about the processing stages, the service provides detailed security documentation, refraining from claiming "True E2EE" due to temporary decryption requirements during AI processing.
The system operates without GPU dependency, running on a Microsoft Azure Standard_D8ds_v7 VM, allowing two concurrent transcription jobs. Each 1-hour audio file is processed in approximately 5 minutes. The SaaS is primed for markets requiring privacy-focused meeting software, such as legal, consulting, and educational sectors. It currently has no revenue and minimal expenses, primarily for Azure infrastructure.
Included with the purchase are the domain, source code, and extensive documentation, ensuring the new owner can focus on growth avenues like customer acquisition without rebuilding the core system. Also provided is up to 30 days of post-sale support, covering domain transfer and technical setup, but excluding custom development.
The sale excludes the founder's personal accounts, necessitating buyers to establish their Azure and API accounts. Transfers of data and assets will be compliant with legal requirements and specific agreements, with performance figures based on current testing conditions.
