The Customer App, uniquely branded for festivals or organizations, offers show listings, ticketing, and a festival map and was recognized at the Barcelona Fringe of 2025. A WhatsApp AI Chat feature aids show management through authentication and real-time updates. The tech stack utilizes TypeScript, Node.js, Bun, and a Google Cloud Firestore database.
