Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?
Retail and importing is my passion I have lived and breathed it my entire life being the 3rd generation in my family, so it was a natural progression for me to branch out and develop my own team and style to break into the online sector.
As an e-Commerce business, where are your products made?
We are Australian Family business sourcing products that are designed and owned by Australian Suppliers but are largely made and imported from China.
How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?
We market our products with gorgeous photography and mainly advertised through Google and social media, our customers are primarily from Australia but we have a growing interest in the USA, New Zealand and the UK.

Yes, owner-operated, I currently work 1 day per week on business and I have a team of 6 part-time employees who manage and operate the business, fulfilling all duties.

I believe the business would perform even better from a buyer who is willing to streamline and scale the business from the model I have started.

We sell products we love at prices we would pay ourselves, and products we have in our own homes as well.
We currently sell largely to everyday Australians on a retail level but we also have expanded slightly into wholesaling to other small businesses.

we use Google paid search and shopping ads to generate new customers. we have 24:1 ROI.
