Thanks for the upload. However, I can't seem to find your site in Google for the keywords that were shown in the attachment. Do you know which search engine is driving these searches? Are they from Yahoo/Bing or from Google images?
    Regards

    Aaron

Hi Aaron, please test the keywords in Google Images. About 70-80% of the search traffic comes through Google Images. As mentioned, we have about 3,000 unique articles with 12,900 images so Google Images really "likes" Tevami...I hope this answered your question.

We have better ways to make money than Adsense. We don't have good experience with Adsense, we made about $100-120 on average per month with it in the past. Since we don't use Adsense we get much more traffic, pageviews, readers and requests from companies for advertising. For example with one sponsored post we now make about $120-160 and we get at least 5-6 requests like this every month. We also believe that the big business and money is in affiliate marketing.

    Hey,

Its utmost important that none of the google guidelines specifically for adsense have been transgressed. Just to make sure this domain is not banned from adsense, and for the confidence of the buyers, can u add your adsense code to one page and give us the page link to view the same.

    Hello,
I can confirm that the Adsense account is not banned. Proof: you need an active and approved AdSense account otherwise you cannot join Google Affiliate Network. If you look at the site you can see a couple of ads from GAN we now experience with. Around spring, however, due to wordpress bug the Adsense ad-serving was disabled (this is different from banning) but we didn't re-apply the programme since then as Adsense wasn't really important for us. It didn't bring too much money and we had much better ways to make money. Without Adsense we get much more requests from companies and other 3rd parties which pay quite well.
Overloading our readers with a huge dose of inappropriate advertising was never our style. We want to keep our site pure and minimalist. Also, I have a full time job so making huge money with Tevami wasn't really my priority. The site is my hobby that brings some extra cash. Of course, the new owner can change this approach and re-apply Adsense. Further, there are plenty of other ad networks a publisher can work with (e.g Infolinks, Affinity, Adbrite, Bidvertiser, Chitika etc.) that would probably work better with this niche.
As a buyer I believe one should look at many factors and shouldn't rely only on one source of income i.e Adsense (this can be a bit risky). There are several ways and possibilities to make money with Tevami as listed above. My main goal was to create a design shop and integrate it with Tevami (like dezeen.com or yankodesign.com). Unfortunately I didn't have the time for this due to my other commitments. I'll share all my learnings and ideas with the new owner and help to the best of my knowledge. I'd like to see my baby grow up. :-)
As Tevami is an established site with 3000 articles with good reputation and thousands of backlinks your success is guaranteed. You just need to put time in the site. That's the key here...
I hope these thoughts were useful. Cheers!

    Hi All,
I just wanted to share a small correction regarding the November revenue that you might have noticed already.
The description says $1060 but in fact the correct figure is $1254 as displayed in the attached file. The first time I created the overview Paypal didn't include a few transactions for some strange reason. If you need further proofs on this or have other questions, just drop me a message. Thank you!

    Hey,

In last 2 years has the website experienced drastic drop in traffic due to any google algorithmic updates. Pls share the last 2 years data to confirm.

As requested, Analytics files have been uploaded. Like other sites, we also experienced a traffic change last year due to algorithm updates. However, the 2012 figures clearly show that our traffic is growing again.
Once again I'd like to highlight the following: I don't do any SEO, don't pay for traffic and the results are still very positive. With more SEO and social media knowledge the new owner can easily increase the traffic of Tevami.

Please PM me your email address so I can grant you access to Google Analytics. This would be the best way to find the answers for your questions and see the detailed traffic data of Tevami.
December revenue: I could show you a partial report but this is not complete as I'm still waiting for a number of payments to come in. Based on the requests I received up until today, the estimate for December would be $850-$900.

Most of the clients need some time to process the payments and paypal invoices. In December everything is much slower due to holidays and many of our clients are already out of office.

If requested, I can send over the list of sponsored post we already published in Dec. This could give you an idea about the work and the expected revenue.

In addition to the published ones, we'll have 2-3 additional paid articles in the coming days.

If you want to see the list of sponsored posts of December please PM me. I could then get back to you with the partial Paypal report as well.

A short but important note to all interested parties:
Sitemeter analytics is now available to everyone (updated the privacy setup). To see these figures go the home page of Tevami, scroll down and find the Sitemeter icon in the bottom left corner. Click the icon to gain access to Sitemeter. This tool contains and shows some useful and interesting traffic information as well.

I could highly recommend to check out the Recent Visitors by Referrals report. This is a proof for the significant traffic we get through Google Images.
    Other:

If someone has a Google Analytics or Google traffic related question please PM me. I'm happy to grant view access to all interested parties. Thx!

    Hello All,
Before making a public comment please read through the site description and previous comments - the answer for your question might be already there.
Adsense topic: the account is not banned and the Google Affiliate Network we now use is a proof for it. You need an active and approved Adsense account otherwise you cannot join Google Affiliate Network. Banned users cannot join this system. If you look at the site you can see a couple of ads from GAN we now experience with.

Please see our other comments, thoughts and learnings on Adsense subject above. We just didn't reapply the programme after a Wordpress bug as we didn't rely on this little revenue.
We have better ways to make money then Adsense while we maintain the professional look and style of the website. We don't want to overload our readers with (most of the time) inappropriate advertising. This is not really our style.

    Hello All,
Here is a useful tip and gentle reminder to all interested parties:
If you are a planning to buy this site, place a bid on Tevami and this would be your first bid then I encourage you to do it this on time. Flippa and I don't like "sniping".
Following the rules, I have to approve all new bidders into the auction therefore your very first bid is not automatically accepted. Please don't wait till the last 30 minutes to place your first bid, especially if you are a newly registered Flippa user!

To respect current bidders/buyers, to make this auction fair and for my own safety, I always evaluate the new bidder before approval (i. e. check on his/her profile and history). I just like to see that the person is a trusted one.
New Flippa users can also be accepted into this bidding, I might just ask additional information about you so please be prepared to answer these questions. Please avoid any attempts for sniping.
Once you're accepted into the bidding you can always follow your own bidding strategy, set a maximum price and reply to other bids if needed.
If you are new to the bidding system of Flippa, I highly recommend to review the below articles again:
How Do Bids and Offers Work?

What Happens in the Last Hour of an Auction?

Good luck everyone and thank you!
    Rob
