Description is *the* place to go on the web to follow professional cyclists on twitter.  With 500+ racers, and nearly half a million status updates from racers like Lance Armstrong, Alberto Contador, Mark Cavendish, and many, many more, this site is *the* place to find out what's going on in the world of professional cycling, directly from the participants.

I have not included any information on the revenue, because the site really doesn't make much income at all.

You get:

  • Ruby on Rails source code
  • Complete database
  • Domain name
  • If I can, some assistance in transitioning it to a new server.  I enjoy reading the site too, and don't want to see it inactive:-)

Additional Revenue Details

Additional Traffic Details

We get a fairly steady stream of traffic, with more, obviously, during the big events such as the Tour de France.

What do you use for database soft?

And how large is the complete database?

@gleysen - the database is Postgres, and the database consists of 517475 tweets, as of right now. Given that they're all tweets, it actually doesn't occupy that much space. The entire DB directory on the machine, which includes a number of other sites, takes up less than 8 gigs.
