This document outlines the sale of a pre-revenue web application designed with React/Vite/TypeScript/Express, built by a company referred to here as "the seller." The application offers a responsive dashboard for investment management featuring categories for various asset types, as well as workflow for detailed investment entries. It supports multiple languages and provides features like local JSON backup, PWA installation, and optional market data lookups via a specified service. Currently, the application is at version 2.3.0, with all necessary source code and related materials included in the sale, such as build configurations, design files, and demo content.
It is essential to note that the sale does not include an existing domain or any pre-configured hosting. Buyers must secure their own domain, hosting, DNS, and HTTPS configurations. Additionally, no social media accounts, email lists, financial history, or customer data are part of the transaction. This tool is designed for investment calculation and record-keeping without incorporating authentication, cloud databases, cross-device synchronization, or brokerage services.
Potential buyers should be aware that the seller’s personal accounts and projects are not part of the transfer. The public demo may remain available under the seller's discretion, without assurance of its continued existence post-transfer. Support and customizations beyond the transfer are not included within the base price and would need to be separately negotiated. Finalizing the sale will involve documented agreements post-payment and acceptance.
