DevisBat is an innovative platform designed to convert construction project descriptions, either dictated or typed, into structured and priced estimates without requiring any form-filling. The system utilizes three different artificial intelligence models that sequentially handle the requests: one for understanding the project details, another for drafting the tasks, and a third for verifying prices to prevent inaccuracies. It natively understands the specific Swiss construction lexicon and slang, covering 13 building trades including plumbing, heating, and electrical work among others. The platform automatically applies client-specific margins, hourly rates, and labor rules, then calculates VAT at 8.1%, rounding off to the nearest Swiss five cents. When a catalog item is missing, the estimate flags it for review instead of generating fictional prices. The program generates a client-branded PDF that is ready to send, hosted on a publicly accessible site.
In operations, the client articulates the site requirements, which the engine then divides into tasks, consults a supplier catalog, and creates the PDF. The catalog updates with every new estimate generated, eliminating the need for manual intervention once the client’s catalog is imported. Currently, DevisBat has no paying clients as the product has just launched. The goal is to generate sales to fund additional projects. The current turnover is non-existent, as the product is still in its initial commercial launch phase with limited operational costs. The sale includes full source code, domain rights, contact information, and associated social media accounts, with transition support offered post-sale.
