Hi, nice site but I have some questions which Id like for you to reply to me by pm:

    1. Site looks a lot like fivver and gigbux. Do you own any of those 2, and what makes it different than those sites?

    2. the 4 advertisement sales you have had, are they from same person or diff, are they willing to continue? Since it seems like based on analytics, 50% of traffic is no longer from US, Canada, UK.

    3. Will you transfer the paypal accounts so its easier to transfer and no risk of getting banned?

    4. Do you send money via mass payment to sellers?

    5. Can you show me some listing which has feedback on how the seller performed the job? Fivver has comments on the jobs from people who bought them. I did not see anything like that here.

    6. Why not add ability to add videos to the posting like fivver. and why not allow users to share a gig on facebook using facebook share button?

    7. What is your reserve and your best BIN price?
    Thanks

@chrisvw : Reserve cannot be disclosed yet.
@seomanager : Reserve cannot be disclosed yet. I will update life time analytic however Google analytics was installed 1.5 months back on site. For 1 month i have provided. Rest i will.
@avis03 : Glad you like zeerk, here's the answers:
    1) Site looks a lot like fivver and gigbux. Do you own any of those 2, and what makes it different than those sites?

Ans: No i don't own any of these. Zeerk is identical to fiverr however there are 5 different options in Zeerk which presently fiverr don't have.
    2) the 4 advertisement sales you have had, are they from same person or diff, are they willing to continue?

Ans: I have more then 4 sales however 2 local companies paid via check targeted to locals, and i have updated only 4 out of many. Getting all things systematic and upload on flippa from paypal is a big time taker. I tried my best. As per my accounting stats, 3 are repeated ads buyer. However we do not have much ad slots as i never wanted to make zeerk annoying by filling it by advertisement here and there. All ads on zeerk are very systematic, attention grabbing and same time non annoying.
    3. Will you transfer the paypal accounts so its easier to transfer and no risk of getting banned?
Ans: I am sorry, paypal are my company accounts, i cannot trasfer them. There is no risk of getting banned if you contact paypal by call/email and inform them that there may be sudden increase in payment received flow. Highly recommended to use 2 paypals, both business upgraded.
    4. Do you send money via mass payment to sellers?
Ans: Yes Zeerk script have mass payment addon, you just need to put in some of your PP information and then in one click, you can make mass payments to all payment requests.
    5. Can you show me some listing which has feedback on how the seller performed the job? Fivver has comments on the jobs from people who bought them. I did not see anything like that here.
Ans: There are many listings with feedbacks. Cannot browse all however here's the one i quickly grab:
As more and more members join every day, the older gigs get down to other pages. Previously, i personally select top selling gigs for page 1 (as featured) however now featured is paid system.
    6. Why not add ability to add videos to the posting like fivver. and why not allow users to share a gig on facebook using facebook share button?
Ans: If you click 'Share' button on any gig, you can see that you can easily share it to your FB friends, Twitter account and by email.
    7) What is your reserve and your best BIN price?
Ans: There's no reserve and BIN in this auction. It will run for 7 days.
    Thanks!

@ht125 : Presently i am not taking any advertisement (only one up) as i have listed the site here, so new owner may/may not like the ads there. This will be scam will the advertiser (if in case new owner didnt accepted the ads)
The price of advertisement is purely on the basis of quality of members on Zeerk.

Thanks for your answer.. few more question :
I see the site is running from August, when there were 13k unique visitors, in september 18k and this month, 3 times lower... Do you sell it because the traffic and sales have suddenly decreased ?
There are only few days since the end of the month, so i suppose there won't be more then 8000-8500 visitors for this month, which still is more then 2 times lower then last month.
    Am i right here ?

@seomanager : Generally, most of the traffic site gets is in months end (Analyzed it). No i don't want to sell it for that reason. Zeerk is gaining all natural traffic and word of mouth. By the month end, it may reach to 12-15k. In September Zeerk got some local media coverage so probably sudden rise in traffic. Also, i forgot to mention Zeerk's CPA program is almost ready (Members are waiting for it since long time).
Traffic won't be any worry in this project. Also, as i share in listing, intially i used adwords to make zeerk a buzz, i am not using it any more however if you will you need like 100 members today, just enable the campaign and you'll get them in like $0.05/click.
If you are ok with 500-700 UV's a day and 20-25 new members, you never need to touch it. I am running with interview from some college media from American college. What i mean to say is, if you get zeerk, just leave it like it is. It will gain vast attention periodically.

@chrisvw : Fiverr.com is the original concept. Zeerk is created based on Fiverr concept however with the time zeerk adapted new addons and the best part is the ability to pay sellers EVERY day. That's why even many fiverr seller turned to zeerk.

@fapper : Here's the addon list that make zeerk unique (You can verify same by registering at zeerk)

    1) Zeerk Widget: Zeerk widget is accessible from home page of zeerk.com (Red button), using which zeerk sellers can disaply there gigs on there website/blogs in few clicks. This way sellers can monetize there website/blog traffic.
    2) 4 Addons (Price of addons are editable from admin panel):

    a) Featured: Cost $10, using which seller can have his gig featured on home page of zeerk. Thus lot of exposure.

    b) Bold: Cost $1, gig appears in bold.

    c) Highlight: Gig appear highlighted in comparison to other gigs (attention grabbing)

    d) Premium Seller: Cost $10/month, under this upgrade, seller first need to verify there gig (product/services) to zeerk staff. Once approved, then need to subscribe at $10/month and there gig gets 'Premium' logo (mark of trust)
    3) Zeerk Concept: Fiverr pays in 14 days to there seller however Zeerk pays each and every day (typically in 4hrs of requesting payment) to it's seller. We have always paid on time without fail.

    4) Fiverr have only $5 gigs zeerk deals in 5,10,15,25 dollar gigs.
Zeerk's CPA program is under launch (hosted on different domain). It will be provided to winning bidder.

It's quite incredible this site. The site is set up to provide small jobs for sellers who earn the majority of what you have attached from your Paypal account. We shouldn't get too carried away with it as the site has only earned $419 from fees from gigs as the rest is paid to sellers. So, as I see it, the potential profitability of this site is leveraging the traffic onto higher margin affiliate products from Clickbank and elsewhere. I don't think I've seen many websites where you actually earn more from other sources than the charging model associated with the website. Very interesting all the same and I hope those bidding really understand that even at the current bidding level ($10k), that's already 20 times the profitability of the core business.

@iw2my : Very nice point here however the value of any project is based on its past performance and all income sources. If you see the core business value then i would say take it as $0 not even $419 however this way the value of gmail.com, twitter.com and facebook.com will be $0 again because there core product is free. Gmail is free emailing, other 2 are free SSN sites.
But we know that they are in millions (probably billions) because there revenue are completely based on advertising income. There core product (core business) is actually providing free services to its user.
So, in zeerk (when we developed it) our main target was advertising income based on the value per visitor. As mentioned in auction most users of zeerk are directed from Internet marketing forums (buyer and sellers) thus they are right audience to advertise Internet business in front of them, and income from that advertisement is the main source of income that zeerk receives.

@seomanager: you are correct its some what 368 pages showing in google however from past few weeks, some day google shows 500 pages some date even 8k plus, when i put the auction it was 7332 exact. As far as i can see in analytics and awstats, traffic is consistent (bit increased but it may be due to this listing). New users today are 20, screen shot attached.
Till the time i have launched advertisement launched publicly, i can see spots sold out frequently. Most of our spots are monthly so 2-3 advertisers are enough. There are 3 repeated advertisers on zeerk. They will be informed if the site meet its reserve price (means it will be sold).
"Also can you show online users somewhere in the footer so we can see how many are online during the all day?"
It would be needing custom coding for this (i see flippa doing it also), i do not promise you but i will ask my programmer to code this add on, it may take time.

    ONE URGENT POINT:

I have received several PM's. I just want to clarify one thing that selling this whole concept is NOT the must thing for me and my company. I have expected an amount of money to be received from this project i,e the reserve price.

I invite all the interested flippa member to join the site (free) and use it for your regular need of either buying/selling services.
In Zeerk, as a seller you will ONLY by charged a very small fee once your gig is successfully sold.

As buyer, your money will only be transferred to seller account once you 'agrees' that you receive the purchased gig, using your membership control panel.

@seomanager : As mentioned in description, Zeerk sells between 5-17 gigs a day. I have already asked my programmer to have this addon on site. I am sorry i am not programmer myself but i will forward your message as it is to him.
Yes, i have already mentioned that this is the script my company bought. It's from Agriya however has been altered with new addons. It's not nulled or cracked version, you can contact Agriya for verification.
It's not a copy of gigbucks, as Zeerk, gigbucks and many other site run's on Agriya platform, they looks similar.

Zeerk is way advanced then gigbucks in number of user, number of gigs and addons. You can compare both on any aspect.

@seomanager : As mentioned the basic script is of Agriya however has been altered as per our needs. Number 1 is fiverr, 2nd is Zeerk in it's market. You can actually compare all other similar site with zeerk on Alexa, you'll get the answer.
Zeerk is unique in it's way and highly modified script based on market research.

How can you make money on Fees if you receive a $5 payment but PayPal takes out $0.50. and You pay the seller $5. You just lost $0.50. Am I missing something?

@csmasal : We do not charge any fees (profit) on $5 gigs sale (another advantage of zeerk for seller), we only charge on higher price gigs. Fiverr is the king in this concept so to make zeerk a success, every point was thoroughly researched before launching zeerk. Some time we even pays to seller just for posting gigs (doesn't matter it sell out or not). So various tactics, resources and regular payments are the 3 best things about zeerk.

As sent by PM, by the figures given above- assuming they are for August - September, the net profit is $3k per month. This $3k would seem to be based on the $9k declared for "promotion of products and affiliates". Can we have details of these? There is one attachment from paypal for $259 and I'm sure other bidders would also appreciate more info. on what is the largest source of declared revenue.

@saloschin : The figures given here are for Aug, Sep and Oct months. I think you haven't been through all sceen shots and 'Revenue Details' $3k a month was an average just from promotion emails to Zeerk list (zeerk members). There are various $1k, $750, $297 etc are listed which are zeerk advertisements and cash from affiliate promo. Detailed income description is available in auction description (revenue details part)
I have provided the maximum possible information and much information is provided in the comments above based on flippa member's questions. Please go through it once and you'll find all most all answers.

    1) Do you have a single consolidated spreadsheet of all financial transactions: date, description, to, from, amount, means of transaction?
This would answer most of the revenue questions you keep getting in one step.
    2) How easy is it to modify some basic features?

    a) Can you easily start taking $50, $100, $5,000 jobs? Or will this require more custom programming?

    b) Background colors and images?

    c) etc.?
    3) Do you have a registered corporation included?
    4) Do you have a list of all complaints?
    5) Any legal action whatsoever, whether a simple letter or an actual lawsuit?
    Thank you.

@TheGreatFX : I am sorry my company never needed a lawyer in online venture yet. So, i don't have any laweyer. There are no legal issues.
    @philmoose : Here's the detail clarification:

    1) Do you have a single consolidated spreadsheet of all financial transactions: date, description, to, from, amount, means of transaction?
Ans: I don't have any spread sheet for that as it is handled by paypal, so what ever information paypal have about my Zeerk project, i have shared here via screen shots. I have cleared all questions regarding revnue and profit from the project in 3 months of operation.
    2) How easy is it to modify some basic features?
Ans: To add some new stuff in zeerk or modify existing script, you would need a programmer services. However basis features like banning a member, deleting gig, modifying gig, releasing payments, emailing Zeerk database etc are one click operations and don't need any programming knowledge.
    a) Can you easily start taking $50, $100, $5,000 jobs? Or will this require more custom programming?
Ans: It's very easy to do this from admin panel. You can take any amount of jobs and decide your cut in it, from admin panel.
    b) Background colors and images?
Ans: Easily editable however needs FTP knowledge to upload new files on server.
    3) Do you have a registered corporation included?

Ans: No, registered company is not included in purchase.
    4) Do you have a list of all complaints?

Ans: I don't have list however i can make one like FAQ's. Most of the time questions from Zeerk members are repeated.
    5) Any legal action whatsoever, whether a simple letter or an actual lawsuit?

Ans: There's no legal action as of now. Zeerk is just a platform for buyers and sellers and zeerk do not take responsibility of content posted by members although we have a strict filtering system under which you can 'ban' any word like adult words so that if seller try to post some adult service, his gig will automatically suspended by the system.

@bomber : I feel that escrow is not seller oriented. In escrow seller first need to transfer domain to buyer. Domain is the prime thing of any auction and if that is transferred without receiving payment, how is seller protected in this? That's the reason i don't believe in escrow.

you will not sell this site without USING escrow. No buyer in his right mind will do a western union deal for this kind of money. How is the seller protected in this case ? WHAT PROTECTION DOES THE BUYER HAVE IF THEY SEND YOU THE MONEY AND YOU DON'T DELIVER.

Escrow.com works find. If you release the domain name to the buyer they canlt do a lot with the domain name unless they have the website files to go with it. So there is nothing wrong with using escrow. I haved used them on several occasions to purchase a few high dollar sites and never had any problem with the deal.

    BUYER BEWARE ..

@TheGreatFX : There's no trademark violation as zeerk do not use fiverr or it's term on our portal. When i bought the basic script, that was the first question i ask them. Actually, these sites are called micro job portals, which cannot be any one's trade mark or patent (like email services), there are 100's of micro job portal site (though zeerk is number 2, right after fiverr)
Domain is registered from Godaddy and i really don't like there 'personal inbox' which i have to use if i would have used emails like support@zeerk.com. Even all the broadcast to Zeerk members are sent by yahoo email services.
However new owner can make any email address like support@zeerk.com as i have got 3 free email credits from godaddy. More can be purchased from them.

    1) Paying sellers who have requested the payment (1 click operation)
    2) Replying Support emails (80-90% support emails are repeated questions, like i can't login, please reset password, my payment due etc)
There are few more however main focus should always be the innovation, how you can make the concept more popular, i have some ideas which i will share with winning bidder.

@TrueLinux : Yes, all zeerk property including twitter and facebook is the part of auction. Zeerk is running on Cake PHP language so it is customizable (that's how my programmer added many addons to it)

I have a Big offer with an investor, but i need more than 25 minutes. If you suspend the aution 3 more days i can even meet in person to give offer and we can work something out.
    Trust me

Hi Zeerk, could you tell me how/why you came up with the name "zeerk"? Does it mean anything or is there any logic to it other than being short and pronounceable?

@j8: Absolutly correct. Actually it was bit difficult to get good .com there days. Zeerk do not have any meaning (atleast in English) and it's just good pronounceable and was available .com domain. Also, for some reason i like domains starts with 'z' as people rarely use them.

I'd like to see the results for the filter "recent". Would be nice to know how many new gigs are getting posted throughout the day. Right now, you only see a HTTP Internal Server Error.
Why haven't you posted some verified google analytics ? I see that you are setup. At the minimum, please post the latest traffic stats for the past few days.

@87Lakers : No, i won't entirely cover the escrow, i can split up 50-50 of what ever there fees escrow takes.
@bawhitney: Yeah i check the recent thing, already forwarded to my programmer. i have posted google analytic for a month, if you want i can post up to date. Almost all traffic stat is updated as screen shot, for last 3 days, i'll do today.
