A project initiated by two technology experts, an experienced entrepreneur and product designer, and a seasoned full-stack developer with a background at major tech companies, has been laid out for continuation by interested parties. Initially conceived as a startup, the project was discontinued for personal reasons, and the founders now hope someone will realize the project’s vision.
The core of the project was to assist restaurants by enhancing their online presence with high engagement tools. The aim was to furnish restaurant owners with insightful customer data and boost reservation efficiency. The project is identified as a hospitality-focused digital solution called "Wiri," featuring two main components: a customizable widget for restaurant websites and a back office for business-client interaction.
Technically built with React.js and Next.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, the widget boasts features such as live chat, an automated chatbot, geolocation, opening hours, menu display, online reservations, special offers modules, and responsive design. The back office offers functionalities like customer relationship management (CRM), a setup wizard, chat with multiple operators, a bookings calendar, email capabilities, widget customization options, account management, and email notifications.
The project includes supplementary materials like logo files, a domain name, design files, and a comprehensive product brochure. These materials are offered as part of the project's acquisition package, allowing interested parties to explore and potentially pivot the system towards other markets if desired. A demo login for the back office is available for testing the platform's features.
