    what are the hosting /servers costing you each month
    please send proof from adsense as far back as you have
    same with traffic stats

    how big is the site now , how much hard drive spacew
    what is the monthly bandwidth

    nibbler22: Users can upload anything they want. It's their content. In the same time, if anyone has a problem with the uploaded content can use the Abuse feature to report them and will remove those from the server. We only receive such requests once a week so it's not a big deal
