Description

Here’s a great little income producing website with a lot of scope for improvement.

This is a typical Clickbank style website selling a 60 page ebook in the Tinnitus niche for $37.77 USD (A very hard niche to crack!).

This auction is for the main product site, http://www.DiminishTinnitus.com along with the presell website, http://www.MyTinnitusRecovery.com.

The latter website is an endorsement of the DiminishTinnitus.com website, based on a testimonial received from a customer.

The ebook was professionally written for $400, and the salesletter was also proffessionally written for $600. So as you can see, that's $1000 for the main startup costs. And that excludes graphics, clickbank fee etc!

Currently, the only maintenance for the site consists of the occasional customer service email for no more than 10 minutes a month. For the first couple of months I spent about an hour in total each month just keeping an eye on the adwords campaign and making the odd tweak here and there, and in the last month I must have spent litterally 5 minutes a week monitering the adwords campaign. There is still a massive area for improvement on the PPC.

This site has massive scope for improvement. Things I've never got round to doing include split testing, price testing, autoresponders, article marketing, SEO, affiliates, exit popups etc. I've only focused on Adwords and even that area can be improved upon.

I've actually got about 7 autoresponder messages written which I havn't intergrated yet, so they will also come with the sale.

The whole sales proccess currently converts anywhere from 1.12% to 2.34% depending on the keywords. That's from prospect clicking on PPC ad to making purchase. Not just the sales letter conversion rate, because bare in mind that there is a presell page in between. So of the people that actually click through from the presell page to the main sales letter, about 5 - 10% convert.

I think that is all. As I say this website has great potential, even if you simply want to give it a bit of renovation then sell it again yourself. I have plenty of proof available on request to back up my figures so don't hesitate to contact me.

The only reason I'm selling this site is because I just have too many. I'd love to spend more time on it but I'm better off spending my time on other projects, and passing this on to someone who can actually do something with it.

Again, please contact me if you have any problems or misunderstandings, I'll be glad to help.

**Please Note: The decline in traffic is due to the continuous reduction of keyword bid amounts. Some kewords could probably do with having their bids increased in order to increase traffic.

This is the traffic that the main ebook sales page received. Remember that prospects are funnelled through a presell page first, so actual ad clicks are higher.

The actual monthly average profit after your advertising expenses -- $35.
Anybody promoting this? Any sales outside of PPC?

    Hello nenterprise,

For the average monthly profit, I got it as $133 as I used the last two months. The reason for this was that I feel it's unfair to judge the loss made during the first month because that was inevitable when using PPC as there will always be keywords that don't convert and hence lose money on.

Sorry i didn't make that clear in the listing.

And no, there are no consistent sales outside PPC. There are the odd affiliate sales that come through but havn't worked on affiliate recruitment or any other forms of promotion.

    Thank you,

    Matthew

Is any of your traffic organic (not paid)? And if so, what percentage?

Andrew-Scott-Music... at the moment I spend about 5 minutes, once a week just checking over the Adwords account. I havn't even tweaked it in a while so I litterally just skim over it to check that the keywords are still profitable.

I then spend probably about 5-10 minutes a month on customer service... proccessing refunds mainly.

Annavera... I havn't put any real effort into creating organic traffic, but looking at my google analytics account, about 14% of traffic is non paid. This will be from the odd affiliate traffic and from a few articles I publsihed a while back.

    Thanks!

    Matthew
