   Yes I have a reserve price but I dont wish to reveal it- as it would not help me get the most for my auction.

   Its possible the good rankings will drop in time- but in this scenario I doubt it- Most of the rankings are from all of the links- most of the links are from the widget which is installed on hundreds of sites- and growing daily- the widget is on auto pilot--

   Hello,

   Nice looking site. If I were to purchase your site, what happens if your Advertiser for the CPA offer pulls the plug when a new owner comes aboard? Do you suggest going to another baby sample offer?

   Is the WP theme license transferrable to the new Owner?

   I don't know why they would pul the plug- it was a simple signup via cj.com- if they did I think you would be ok since there are at least 3 other sites that have nearly identical service and pay the same-

   The WP theme was just a free theme- in fact I just put that up last week - its open source- you could use it or the previous theme I had- or get a diferent WP theme- I switched things up a few times over the last year

   EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE- the widets -- The most popular widget is the "Baby Countdown Timer" I also have this widget listed on Widgetbox.com. This widget had 1,693,803 views last month (May 09) alone from WIdgetbox- This widget can be rebranded- you can ad widget ads to it- you can rebrand the widget with a company name etc- and it will roll out to everyone that installed it via widgetbox (i.e. 1,689,000 views last month)

    The big widget - the baby countdown timer has been up since May 2008-
    Its sustainable- I've done NOTHING to promote it its all from widgetbox and more so from the viral aspect-- Say for example you embed the widget on your blog- and 2 of your visitors like it- the can click the "Get Widget Code" link on the widget- and install it on their site- and then people on their site see it--- etc-- so it grows exponentially- each time its embedded on a site- it gains all the visibility and oop[opportunity to be embedded on new sites.

    I'm worried about the links. Most are from the widget, which Google can detect. Google has specifically mentioned they don't like widgets that link like that.

    Wowee- not sure what you are worried about. The site has had #1 rankings for months now- for over a year for some terms-- but the big term "free baby samples" has been for months.

    Google doesn't like widgets that include irrelevant anchor text... i.e. a baby widget with anchor text for Cialis would be bad-- My widget is about babies and my site is abotu babies--

    Lastly-- the majority of the links are from the widget-- BUT the HIGH VALUE links are not from the widget-- I have a few very high value links from sites that rank tops in Google for baby sample related terms-- these links are the reason my rankings are so high-- the widget helps- but the high page rank, highly relevant links are why my rankings are so high

    More Revenue $50 per month for widget ads- just got paid first paypal payment.

    The first month I tested a full takeover ad on the baby count down widget- (i didn't get any reporting)-- I reduced it to a lesser 1/4 takeover widget ad (appears over the corner of the widget) and it dropped down to a few bucks--

    The first month was nearly $50 and it was a partial month. So turn the full ads back on for $50+ more per month. I

    I have done nothing to promote to affiliates- need to email- add banners- add promos- etc and it would drive more revenue.

    Im not comfortable giving away my analytics access because I have 10 websites under that account- But happy to provide ANY screenshots- I will email them direct from Google Analytics if needed.

    I will provide support for 4 weeks via phone or email

    A few questions to clarify numbers…

    The ebook is sold through ebay and your site. How much of the sale are from ebay and how much are from the site? Are ebay sales included in your total number of ebook sales? On ebay you sell a $25 kit and the $9 ebook, which sells more and are both sales numbers accounted for in your totals? Do you offer instructions on how you can sell the kit of stuff for that price?

    You also mention you will retain the right to sell the book on ebay and webpages, does that include affiliate pages? Also, do you retain the right to sell to resellers as well? Does the winner get rights to sell to resellers?

    The 9 ebook sells much more on ebay-- its a quck $9 for an email.
    We tested packaging it with a few items for $25 -- but most sales are not the package-

    Will provide details / instructions and support for 4 weeks

    Regarding the ebook- we changed our mind because its a concern for so many-- we will give up all rights to sell the ebook to the winning bidder- you can do what you want with it resell it sell to reseller etc--

    And we are the only sellers now- we never allowed anyone to resell it. we wrote it from scratch and have maintained it.

    Since listing this auction we have moved up in rankings and increased traffic-

    Since the site obviously is a labor of love and has much of yourselves in it (images in particular), how will that be handled? Will you expect your images to be replaced or can they stay? Any other 'personalization' that should be a concern for the new owner? Also, will you orient the buyer on how to find the samples and various other value offerings for posting on the site?
