This is probably the last website I will be selling on SitePoint due to them switching to Flippa.com. Those of you that have my contact info can email me to see if I have any sites for sale. This is my last auction and I'm selling due to demand and I have to dedicate myself to my new project.
About me: I own a very reputable marketing company and I have been a super affiliate for 2 years now. I understand market value and I'm letting this one go because it has huge potential (not to mention the domain name) and I would like to see it go strong for years to come. It was started about 2 months ago when I saw the offer (make money with google) popping up places. The company pays you $30 for each person you get to sign up for a free trial. I quickly designed the site and set up the landing page to start making money. I started some ad campaigns at adbrite.com to bring in tons of visitors. I stopped this month because they were having trouble billing my credit card.
I have to focus on my marketing company and growing client base so I really dont have time for these sites anymore. I will include a full instruction guide personalized for this site so that you can maximize your profit. You will have complete control over the domain and I will include my plans that I had for the upcoming months (different offers to put up and to keep the site banking since it is such a nice domain name)
I will also offer a blast to get tons of links (its already listed on google) and I will also include 3 premium promotion videos I had created last week. This should bring in tons of natural traffic. This is pretty much a business in a box and a great way to get in the lead for affiliate marketing.
When the site is sold, I will sign a contract stating I will not promote the Google Cash offer anymore but only offer assistance to the new owner (just to keep competition down). The page was professionally designed and is targeted by city and state. This site can be promoted in the USA, CANADA, and the United Kingdom. When someone visits the site, it tracks their city and state.
I am setting the reserve price low and I am willing to let it go for a cheap price considering it cost me nothing to set up and about $1,000 a month to advertise (what I paid to make $5,000) -- great profit margins. PM me if you have an offer and I will consider it.

Revenue Details
Revenue is made when a visitor goes to the landing page and reads through and decides to try out the offer. The visitor pays only for shipping and handling and you get $30 for each lead. When they click away from the page they go to getstarted.michellegetspaid.com so it is tracked and it forwards them to the offer landing page. There is a good 12%-18% conversion rate on the visitors daily. So all you really need is a couple hundred visitors a day to make $xxx.xx everyday. You don't have to deal with any of the customers, just collect the cash. That's why I love affiliate marketing.
The offer is from MarketLeverage.com (free to join) and there are others on there that pay more but this one converts the best. Once this offer dies down in a couple months, you can switch to the up and coming (make money with twitter, make money with grants, etc.). I will offer support if needed.
Traffic Details
Traffic comes from advertising network and natural type ins. I also did some offline advertising that I will share with you. Advertising offline should bring you about $2,000 a month by itself. I will share how to increase traffic as well.

Some questions:
1) Your BIN is close to your monthly revenue. Why so low?
2) What happens if I purchase your site but unable to use the same CPA network for the Google Cash offer?
3) Please clarify your source(s) of traffic. -

1) The BIN is based on the idea that you must advertise in order to profit. I don't have time to run this site considering my other ventures work on autopilot and mean a lot more to me. This site has huge potential and includes my mentoring which is priceless.
2) There are 6 other networks that will be willing to accept you if MarketLeverage doesn't. I will help with that. The site begins making money when you start promoting it.
3) Sources of traffic are through PPC (pay per click) advertising and offline advertising in the local newspaper (secret method only to be taught to new owner)
