 What is the purpose of EventShopper.Com?
The sole purpose of EventShopper.Com is to provide its visitors and members with a place to research needed event or party services.  There are usually two types of visitors on our website: the Event Service Provider and the Event Service Shopper.

Who is an Event Service Provider?

An Event Service Provider could be a freelancer, or a company, who offers their skills and services for hire to others, many with locations in your hometown area or willing to travel to the area of the event.  With over 300 Service Provider categories, they can assist you with your Anniversary, Baby Shower, Bachelor, Bachelorette, Baptism, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, Birthday, Bridal Shower, Briss, Christian Holidays, Confirmation, Corporate Event, Corporate Picnic, Engagement, Family Reunion, Quinceanera, School Prom / Graduation, School Reunion, Sweet Sixteen, Wedding, or any other celebration you can think of.  The potential possibilities are endless.

Who is an Event Service Shopper?

An Event Service Shopper could be anyone: an individual, a couple, or a company, that is looking for a certain item, service, or type of advice for events, parties, and special occasions.  The Event Service Shoppers hire or employ an Event Service Provider through the EventShopper.Com website.
When services are rendered the Event Service Shopper and the Event Service Provider rate their experiences with each other.  This gives future visitors the ability to research for an Event Service Provider with better ratings.  If there are ever any problems between any parties, EventShopper.Com offers a mediator to step in and help to resolve any problems.  The mediator deals with any disputes according to site rules to ensure a fair outcome for all involved parties.

EventShopper.Com profit center.Advertisement

EventShopper.Com is flexible and is able to work with many different advertising partners.

Amazon

Through Amazon’s clever technology, we are able to deliver advertisement to the end user based on their interests, and previous shopping patterns.  Amazon payout is based on a total dollar amount from a purchased product.

Google

Google offers content sensing technology that delivers ads specific to the content that the user is currently viewing.  Google payout is approximately $5,800.00 per 1,000,000 page impressions.

Direct

Although currently disabled, EventShopper.com has the ability to serve up its own banners, and text based advertisement campaigns that are integrated and managed through the administrative section.  The user also has the ability to publish their own advertisements.  The configuration of the fee structure is open.  Common charges may be $25 for 1,000 impressions.

Membership Fees

The membership fees can be setup in various ways.  The system allows for users to have all features enabled, or based on membership levels.  One common membership subscription structure can be as follows.

Recommended percentage to charge Service Providers for a successful transaction should probably not exceed 15%.  Currently we disabled this feature, and allow all Service Providers keep 100% of all profits from their successful transactions.

$15.30 is the average price a member will pay for a monthly membership.

If the site has 10,000 registered users at $15.30, your total monthly income is $153,000, or yearly of $1,836,000.

Calculating Income from Yearly Memberships

If we take the average subscription price per person

($299+$150+0.00)/3 = $149.66

$149.66 is the average price a member will pay for a Yearly membership.

If the site has 10,000 registered users at $149.66, your total monthly income is $124,722.22, or yearly of $1,496,666.66

Income from Subscriptions

Let’s take an average out the yearly and monthly subscriptions into one total income.

($1,836,000+$1,496,666.66)/2 = $1,666,333.33

Based on 10,000 registered users (at the subscription prices listed above)

The above calculation doesn’t include profit from advertisement, and enhancement options.  All calculations are based on 10,000 subscribed vendors.
