Technology:
AdminFusion includes VbSEO which takes all of the guess work out of SEO for this website and automatically applies it to any post that’s made. There are also several spam control devices setup as well to help prevent unwanted visitors from spamming useless information to the members of AdminFusion. The site also requires very little maintenance and already has a dedicated group of administrators and moderators that work everyday to make this site better.
A custom skin was also developed for this site which included a color scheme change, and other various cosmetic changes. Some of the other great features of this site are the popular PostFusion and Forum Matrix tools available for free to all members.
· Home Page
The Home page is completely custom designed and has multiple custom plugins developed. It uses the VBonjour framework instead of VBadvanced. It displays the latest posts from multiple forums, forum statistics, recent polls, static content, advertisement blocks, and others which can be easily changed from within the VBulletin Admin Control Panel.
· PostFusion
The development of PostFusion began in October of 2005 and was released to the public in January of 2006. It is the vision of the founder of AdminFusion, and was brought to life by the combined effort fellow forum members. He saw the dire need for a single location for forum owners to gather and exchange posts in an organized fashion. Better yet, he hoped to offer an automated process of doing so to eliminate the contact required and restrictions placed by pre-arranged post exchanges. To date over 1,200 forums have exchanged a total of 96,400 posts.
PostFusion was created By AdminFusion, for the members of AdminFusion. The PostFusion script has been developed 100% "in-house" by AdminFusion and is currently not available anywhere else on the internet!
· Forum Matrix
Forum Matrix is another tool that is used on AdminFusion that allows members to compare forum software against each other to find the best one that suite their individual needs. With up to date forum information including the most recent releases and changes are updated to provide a necessary tool for any forum starter.
Along with AdminFusion you will be getting 4 other high quality domains focused towards forum administrators and moderators.
BoardBrawl.com was used for a competition on AdminFusion comparing two forums against each other and judged on several categories. This idea could be expanded to a full site complete with rankings, leader boards, and stats!
Revenue Details
Monthly Revenue:
Advertising spots have been laid out for potential buyers at http://www.adminfusion.com/forums/advertise.php. There are three spots that are available for buyers and can be purchased per month or in a block of several months at a time. Currently, Google Ad Words and Commission Junction are installed in the unused space and generates roughly $50-$100 in month in revenue but could significantly increase with daily attention from admins or moderators to drive activity and increased marketing.
Potential Revenue:
Some areas of potentential revenue that were considered but not implemented include licenseing out the PostFusion System to other forums or webmasters. Actively marketing direct advertisers and making ad sales directly instead of through ad networks could also increase ad sales. The site is currently set up for subscriptions and donations, it is not something that was pushed very heavily, but could easily be a major revenue stream.

Redmatrix, they are included, but they are not updated to the latest version of VB so you would need to modify them because they do not work since the big upgrade, i think from 3.6 to 3.7.

Forumrating, The site makes between 15-25 per month on adsense. It sells a vbseo subscription or so per month. It generally gets a few Commission Junction affiliate subscriptions. Nothing is really steady, it is really more sporadic, it seems to always equal out to about $100. We are not actively selling ads on the site, but if you did, you could make substantially. everything we are doing right now with it is all passive with ad networks etc.
