site is interesting. Cpl of questions I'd like you to answer:
- why lot's of your traffic (31%) is coming from digitalpoint.com and (10%) digitalpoint.com?
- most of your in-links come from forum posts, blog posts and bookmarking made by a USER account called: pimpinkid (which is obviously you). What will happen to the signature under this account once the site is sold? I guess these links will be dropped as well.

I was not aware that 31% of the traffic was coming from Digital Point. I just build backlinks where ever I can, doesn't everybody? One is in my signature, but I don't think that's a whole lot of traffic to the site. Maybe it is, you can do the same thing on Digital Point forums if you'd like.
Of course I can't make the claim that it will stay up there forever. That's the risk everyone takes when you buy a site, right? I think the backlinks to the site are pretty stable, especially when you compare it to other websites for sale on here.

a. everybody doing SEO build links, but with a criteria and a specific strategy usually.
b. the thing about your signature is not the direct traffic, but the link juice, and therefore, the keyword ranking on google
c. professional sellers don't sell risks, less risk in the sale to the buyer, more profit you can make selling it if the commodity traded is worthcpl of questions:
- are all the articles Unique?
- Can we see a list of keywords that are currently sending traffic to the site, their volume and positions on google?
- why are you selling it?Thanks for taking time answering my question, but i am willing to buy if everything is there.

-The articles are unique yes
-I added them to the images
-I'm really not interested in keeping a site that doesn't have a wide brand niche, I like websites specifically on cars. As you can see from my previous sale history and sites on digital point.By the way, I noticed that AW stats show links from external pages (other web sites except search engines) and it doesn't show digital point at all. I attached the image
