Please talk about hosting as not all hosts have the ffmpg drivers or whatever this vshare program requires.. Im no expert but there is requirements right ?

Description
The site for sale is the youtube clone Laugh Freak which has 70 users & 280 hosted videos. I started the site back in September, but I no longer have time to update it as another site of mine now takes up 100% of my time.

I use Apthost.com and you would take over this account which costs $10.95/month. Currently the site uses 2522.04MB out of 15000 MB of available space.

Content Management
This site is run off of the vshare script, but I customized the template myself and it is unique.
Updating the site with 5-8 videos per day should take you less than an hour.
Traffic Details:
Mostly from referring sites via embeds and direct links. I can assist you in developing link partners.

@cordlessmart The requirements for the Vshare script can be found here... http://labs.buyscripts.in/projects/vshare/wiki/Requirements
It's currently hosted on Apthost (http://www.apthost.com) which meets these requirements.
@eab As I mentioned in the description, the site is currently running Quick Ads and Adsense. The revenue isn't much, if anything it covers the cost of hosting. Unfortunately the Quick Ads reporting system doesn't allow me to run a report by site, which would mean I would have to go back and sift through the daily reports to calculate the revenue.
To anyone thinking of bidding on this site, I would throw out the 10X revenue formula out the window. You're really bidding on a turnkey youtube clone site with a unique design, over 200 videos, and a one month banner on a site that receives over 1MM page views a month.
