Description
I've owned this website for a few years and I'm selling it now because I just don't have time to update it and continue optimizing it for the search engines.
I'm selling it because I hate to see a site with good potential going to waste - all you need to do is update the content/add new content now and then, and submit some articles to SEO the site.
So far the site has made a few hundred dollars from affiliate sales - I sell some Internet Monitoring Software on the site. The site hasn't really made much money from the Adsense units, perhaps there are too many on the page and that is the reason I'm getting a low CPC. All you need to do is remove some/all of the adverts, you may be best concentrating on selling the software as my visitors are very highly targetted.
The site is already ranking in the search engine for various terms, it used to do well for "Internet monitoring software" in Google, but it has dropped down since I stopped working on it. However it gets around 20 hits a day from the search engines for terms such as "how to monitor someones computer", "myspace watcher", "monitor someones computer" and many more (pulling these stats from my Google Webmaster account).
The site is currently PR0 but a few months ago it was a PR3. This may sound far-fetched, but basically I placed an advert on my site that Google didn't like (it was for a finance site who paid anyone who placed their advert on their site). Google penalised my site by taking away my page rank, however this has not affected my sites SERPS at all. You may wish to try contacting Google (theres an option through Google Webmasters) to ask to get the pagerank back. But honestly it has not affected the position of the site in the search engines. I have many other websites that had their pagerank removed, and this has honestly not affected any of their SERPS.
Revenue:
From the 20th May 2008 the site has earned $65.04 from Google Adsense. Not very much money I know, but Adsense doesn't pay out too well sometimes, and as mentioned earlier I think this is because I have too many units on my page.
WebWatcher affiliate program revenue:
Feb 08 - $70.74
April 08 - $41.07
May 08 - $70.17
June 08 - $71.05
July 08 - $41.07
These payments were sent to me by cheque, I can't login right now (affiliate site seems to be down) but I will post more up-to-date stats soon.
Just to add, all content on the site is completely unique and is not being used elsewhere, also the articles and SEO work done on the site will remain in place and will not be removed (such as articles I have uploaded to article directories etc).
Revenue Details
Site earns revenue from Google Adsense advertisements and from selling software as an affiliate for the AwarenessTech website.
Traffic Details
Nearly all of the traffic comes from Google and other search engines, from people searching for things like "Internet monitoring software", "how to monitor a computer" etc.

Sorry I don't really have a BIN set, not sure if I'm allowed to mention the reserve but it isn't too much.
I will add an attachment showing the website traffic now. One of the attachment already shows the revenue from the WebWatcher affiliate program (run by AwarenessTech.com), and the only other income is from Adsense which is just over $65. Not really sure if theres much point uploading a screenshot of my Adsense account showing this sites earnings but if you really want to see then just ask.
Also just a note - in the attachment showing the traffic, it appears that no-one visited my site before July 2008 - this isn't the case - I simply moved my moved my website to a different hosting account with 1&1. (It was previously hosted at 1&1 but I moved it to another of my accounts with 1&1). Traffic was around the same, if not higher in the months before July 2008.

Sorry forgot to add this to the auction but I also have 9 completely unique articles written about the subject of this site which are ready to be submitted to the article directories/used as content on the site.
Each article is around 250 words long and they are based on "Internet Monitoring Software". You can easily just submit these to a site like EzineArticles and greatly increase the sites SERPS, I was planning to do this myself but obviously there is no point now.I actually paid someone to create these articles for me, and so they are all very professional and well written, and obviously unique.
I will send the winning bidder all 9 articles to use as you wish.
