How can 50 players can play if there is only 13 buildings to buy?
In Play money, I received $180 virtual dollars, I can't buy with that amount.

The market is high right now -- it will peak and fall and allow you to play. Usually when the market peaks I will raise the play money limit -- I just missed this last peak. The 13 properties can support about 600 active players. The properties are traded quickly between players -- so one property might be bought and sold 20 times in one day; maybe more. Once a property is bought, after the next turn (about 30 minutes) the property is back on the marketplace, in which it is bought by another player -- you just dont want to be the last person to buy it before the trend turns south and the price starts to decline.
nice game !! wonder which rights are you passing to the licenses ? are you giving them full rights over the script? can they sell their sites with the script later if webmasters want? you say it will include hosting but, Can we install it in our own servers? if yes, What are the requirements to run it?

I'm very interested in this. Can more apartaments be added into the game? I don't see how 600 people could play on a map with only 13 apartaments.
Hey there,
To answer some questions... yes you could resell this site after you establish it. The license is only for one domain, so you wouldnt be able to replicate or duplicate it -- but you could sell the site since you would own 100% of it. I can install this on your server if you like -- just needs MySQL and ability to have CRON jobs -- very basic stuff and 99% of hosting will have it. If you use my hosting, its done with Host Gator and is free to you on my dedicated server.
More apartments can be added to the game if that is something your interested in down the road. The 13 apartments can support 600 players because when one player buys an apartment its quickly back on the market. As your player count swells you just decrease the turn time until the properties are quickly back on the market -- enough to support the player volume. Its all a very calculated concept -- we got the bugs worked out. Right now I have about 176 active real money players on mine (people that trade daily) and its no problem.
