Description
I am selling a 2 year old pheromone review affiliate website which has a PR3. The site is purely affiliated with the top two major pheromone companies, pherlure.com and attrat-rx.com.
I did actually review these pheromones and still receive samples occasionally. The site itself is a static HTML site with an external CSS file. You will need to update it via Dreamweaver or a similar HTML editor.
If you wanted to, you could actually integrate the site with a CMS tool such as Joomla or Drupal. The blog is controlled via Wordpress.
Each page of this website is optimised to the latest SEO requirements.
This is what you will receive when buying the site:
Site and domain - www.seductivepheromones.com (all images, article etc)
Blog - www.seductivepheromones.com/blog
XML sitemap - The sitemap script which was purchased from xml-sitemaps.com
Affiliate accounts - The two accounts with current stats
Google analytics - you will need a new account for this as it's under a global account that I use, but I can push the admin rights over to you for this domain.
Revenue Details
The site is earning revenue from two pheromone sellers, Pherlure and Attract RX. Each time a person goes from our articles onto the sellers website and purchases a pheromone, we get a sale commission.
The commission ranges from $15 to $75 per sale.
At the minute on average the site is earning $987.81 per month, here is a small 12 month breakdown:
Last 12 months - Attract RX account
Total: $4,430
Last 12 months - Pherlure account
Total: $7,425
Combined: $11,855
Screen shots attached for proof, if you require anymore details on revenue please let me know. I have not done any work on the site for the past 6 months and it's been a consistent flow of money ever since.
Traffic Details
All traffic comes from natural searches, both broad and long tail searches. I have over 4,000 long tail searches now, which can be converted into blog posts and articles, the money keywords have also been determined up until this point and I am ranking for these, which is why the site is so profitable compared to the traffic it gets.

Question: Does the product actually work?
Rococo: The right question to ask is "What is the refund rate?" :)
BIN?
Can the affiliate account be transferred or do we need to open a new one (and is that hard)?
Love the above question LOL :D
Roccolife - From what I have tried some don't and some do, the two being sold do work. Well they did for me and a few other guys however they don' work at all for some people. This could be based on the person or how often they use it etc.
Jnj1977 - As far as I am aware commissions are still paid, even if the product is refunded. But you wouldn't need to deal with refunds anyway, most of the enquiries are sent to the supplier.
I can just give you the details for both accounts, I have no problems with doing that. If you were to set up your own, it's literally a 5 minute job for each, no approvals etc.
BIN: $12,000 - based on a 12 month passive income that the site would produce on auto pilot. If work was put in though you will pull more out. I'm open to negotiations, but this in my eyes is a very good deal and I'll follow up with the buyer making sure everything runs smoothly for them.
Can you post google analytics traffic source?
Cuchichi - Sure, just uploaded it :) I've posted a shot from January up until today for the top 10.
Can you post monthly revenue overview totals for the past 12 months?
Thanks.
Can you post google analytics traffic sources showing what % is search engines and so on?
The circle!!
Cianuro - Totals are on the images I uploaded on the side bar for both accounts, these will give you the monthly revenue totals.
Cuchichi - Just uploaded it to the side bar...
ari cash isn't a scam ? i read lot's of bad stories.. better google it before invest
Adimoga - Not as far as I am aware, I have had no problems with the products or the payments from them, so I cannot see why they are a scam. You can start to promote other pheromone products very easily if you are not happy with any of the ones listed on the site... simply write an article, review the product and promote that article. There are many pheromones available, some that work and some that don't, hence the reviews on the site.
why are you selling?
Perelman - I have four affiliate based websites in the same range and will be selling them all to fund a much larger project that I am working on for the next 12 months. I would prefer to fund the project myself rather than seek funding in the form of an investor or a loan from a bank. The site is genuine and legit.
seems interesting, ill watch this auction. Seller if you can PM me any info that you may have that will be great
P.S - does the affiliate programs work for NON usa? Do they pay via paypal or only check? Thanks
can you make a screen shot from your paypal accout in which you can prove that they send you the money ?
Strikers1985 - Yes the affiliate accounts pay via PayPal and Check, to most places in the world, just not the remote places.
Adimoga - I'm not sure how to do it in PayPal without revealing other payments, I will look into this. What I have uploaded is emails that are sent to me which show payment sent to PayPal. Is this ok?
>>I have four affiliate based websites
What are the URLs?
Also, are you willing to sign a non-compete?
3Six - The four URL's are all based in the male enhancement market, and are being sold to one buyer. They are being signed off now and I have also signed an NDA which means I cannot disclose the URL's here, but can disclose two if you PM me. They are all being sold for $10,000 to $14,000 each. I was originally going to auction them off on Site Point however I emailed the support team prior and they said that due to the market the sites were involved in, I couldn't sell them.
Surprising to see your payment from ARICASH, because they owe me more than $9000. I surely think they are scam.
See this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=823127
Jimkcarter - I'm assuming you have contacted the affiliate support desk? If it's affiliate products that you have sold then there is no reason as to why they shouldn't pay you. I can honestly say that for this particular product, I have always been paid on the dot every month.
Thanks for your reply. Please see my other question.
ya, Aricash is notorious for being a scam, they ripped off alot of affiliates. Buyer beware, you aren't very likely for Greg Campbell/ ARI-Cash to actually pay out the commissions you earned, better to promote a different phereomone affiliate program. This site looks easy enough to do that with though.
3Six - Sorry missed that question :) Of course I will sign one, not a problem.
mont7071 - Sorry to hear so many people are experiencing problems with this affiliate provider, as I said they haven't missed one payment with me. A good point raised too, the site with an HTML editor or CMS would be extremely easy to update with another product. Having said that you do need to keep it trustworthy and genuine.
What version of Dreamweaver would I need to maintain this site?
jnj1977 - You can use any version, it uses tables and an external CSS. I use the dreamweaver template option which is very easy to use and helps manage the site.
Just wanted to run one thing by everyone. Your welcome to use the current affiliate accounts that are tied to this site, however I will need to receive the last payment from both accounts before handing them over to you. Alternatively you can just set your own up in a couple of minutes.
