Somewhat overvalued. Most sellers tend to ask for around 9 - 12 months earnings as a guide price. Not only that, as ratings of the show fall worldwide, you will be lucky to get a season 5 + 6, this gives the buyer only 2-3 years to make any money. If I was buying a website with maybe 2 years left to make money, a BIN of nearer $2000 would be more representitive of its true value?

If you feel that the BIN is too high, feel free to make a lower offer as all offers will be considered.

I don't expect to win at my bid, but this is a quality site and should sell at the current BIN.

Thank you for your offers and the nice words Chimaera and Trippyvibes.
It should be known that I'm looking for $3000+ for the site and will probably not be selling it for much lower, but if you are interested in the site, please make an offer and we'll see what happens as the sale comes to an end.

Could I please see traffic referrals with keyword analysis and uniques confirmation from your awstats please. Also how much time do you spend each day researching the posts. Thanks.

Stats of all kinds can be seen here.
Researching and writing posts takes anything between 15 minutes to 5 hours. It really depends on what kind of posts I'm writing. Obviously it takes less time to write about news than to produce well developed theories.
I will let the buyer know my ways of finding news and ideas for posts.
I'm answering PM's as fast as I can, so please don't be offended it it takes a while!

It should be known that if an acceptable offer is made and there are no more offers within a few days, the site could be sold before the end of this auction, so I would strongly advice those interested to not wait until the last minute.

The Lost Blog has now been linked from TVSquad too, so the site is pretty much as famous as Donald Trump now, hehe.
Highest offer is $2000 but I'm also negotiating with a potential buyer who would be willing to pay BIN, so I would encourage those interested in the site to make an offer or to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

I am currently negotiating a potential BIN sale so if you are interested in the site, please let me know asap.
As a little trivia, The Lost Blog is worth $81,293.76 according to http://www.business-opportunities.biz/projects/how-much-is-your-blog-worth/worth.php?url=http://www.lostblog.net. I know those numbers might be a bit inflated, but in my humble opinion the site is worth at least the $4,500 BIN.

Please feel free to make offers independently of the currently highest offer as I'm not only considering the money but also your plans for the site. I'd be glad to hear all reasonable offers ($2000+) and tell you more about the site.
The Lost Blog was visited by 78,000 unique visitors last month and currently has an average of 2,500 daily visitors and 4,800 pageviews.

How much do you make from the Amazon DVD Sales for the previous Lost Seasons?
Also what is the updated # of Subscribers in Feedburner?
Thanks,

I'm not making anything significant from the amazon banner at the top of the site. However, I was working on a shop/store page where it would be possible to directly buy dvd's, books and so on, but I got a bit sidetracked. Such a page could probably work quite well for the site.
Feedburner subscribers are at 1387 right now, but it always drops during the weekend due to people not connecting to their feed readers. I'm pretty sure that subscribers will be back around 1500 during the week.
