Description

Subject: A highly targeted and premium domain name. Especially, in this economic crisis we are all in.

Mission: My main goal for this website was to start a big job listings database/portal that will connect people looking for a job with employers across the world.

SEO facts: The domain which is a premium keyword domain was purchased on GoDaddy.com for $835.32US(see attached files).
The site has a fully automatic supported by licensed and especially designed script that brings absolute comfort and power to the new owner. Very reliable and contented Admin panel. Currently have around 500(and counting) members from all over the world.

Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to promoted it, seo optimize it and make it first on Google just because I was(am) extremely busy with my business and family. I recently placed AdSense code on the footer just because I wanted to be more Alexa noticed and of course to keep the hosting plan on.

Depends on how you'll search the keyword job listings get about 600k searches on Google. An interesting fact is,  the keyword "betterjobs" is first on Google. Of course, the words must be separated but, all I want to say...I never did any optimization and/or SEO/SEM.

An easy job for the new owner and especially if you can play the SEO game(website dev, link building, advertising, etc.) then this is the site for you.

Sale reason: I am selling it, as we are moving to another city planning to invest in a new home and honestly we need money urgently. I am expecting offers above 1,000. If I don't get above $1,000 I wont sell it and I will close the auction. Right now the site gets its daily unique visitors as you all know it takes 3-8 months for Google to rank site up high.

Potential: If I had more spare time, I'd make it a real AdSense gold mine. The website is self advertising niche that everyone can remember.

Administration handling fully transferable.

Conclusion: A smart investment to the one who knows how to play Google's game.

P.S. Free free to post your question through SitePoint system, only! And why I don't have a feedback yet, because simply this is my very first sale here. Thank you!

Hello T-C-free, I do apologize, I was so busy this morning and actually unable to reply on time. The auction actually became kinda famous since we have a Premium keyword domain website that drives domain names investors very curious. Most of the people contacted me by private PM's, in order to avoid the spamming annoyance. Along with this, I'm getting every each PM/email directly on my phone, and this gives me more comfort managing the whole auction process. Now, I would like to make a note that I will sell the domain to the most serious and reliable buyer. Meanwhile, I sent you a PM with the answers of your questions. Thank you for your interest!

Hello ccasselman, I would like to tell you than I really don't have the physical time to maintain and monitor the site since I am extremely busy with my business that feeds my family in these very difficult for America times, so honestly my answers wouldn't be exactly 101% accurate, but for sure the server won't lie at all. So, here I am. I am sure that Betterjobs.net have more than 500+ and counting since as you know everyone is looking for job, right now. Worldwide...
I updated the statistics pictures, so if you don't mind please take a look and if you feel satisfied I'll be more than happy to proceed forward.
Thank you for your time and patience!
