This website was built at the end of September and is 100% unique with 19 unique articles (you get exclusive rights) and a custom design built on a premium wordpress theme.  I’ve done a little bit of promotion to it and it is earning steady money every month without me having to do a thing!  Of course, you could add more articles and do more promotion and it would earn even more money as it is proving to have a decent click through rate as well as a decent adsense payout.

Monitization:

All of the earnings so far are through adsense but it also has a banner in the header which links to the popular clickbank product Earth4Energy.  This is a great product to be an affiliate for as it has a really high gravity (over 500) and an awesome affiliate section with all kinds of tools including videos you can put on your site, bonus payout structure, PPC campaigns, landing pages, banners and articles.  It has a nice payout too at $32.79 for each sale.

It has earned $102 total with the earnings settling in at around $23 for the past two months.

Here’s a summary of details for this site:

Traffic:

As you can see from the screenshots, the traffic is all organic and steadily increasing.  December was a bit of a disappointment but not entirely unexpected and traffic jumped back up again in January and increased even further in Feb.  It’s only 1 day into March, but traffic was at the high Feb levels yesterday so I expect it to be steady or, perhaps, even increase this month too.

It is ranking in the top 10 of google for many of it’s keywords as shown below (search is done without quotes).  As you know, the SERPS can fluctuate quite a bit, but this is what I found when I searched the keywords on 3/2/2009:

Why am I selling?

The answer is simply that I have too many sites to maintain at the moment and some of them have to go!  As you can see, I haven't updated this in a while so I think it is time to pass it on to someone who can take it to the next level.
