Golftipsforgolfers has the potential to be a very worthwhile project for an interested buyer, with the scope for pulling in a reasonable income stream as well.
Golf and golfers have surplus income and they are always striving to improve their scores, handicap and their game. In the week of the return of Tiger Woods to the professional circuit, you only have to see the interest this generates to see what a popular pastime golf is.
Whilst our golf tips site is perhaps not on the same level as Tiger Woods(!) it is at the top of it's game as far as the search engines are concerned :-

We haven't really had time to promote or push the site forward in recent times (it was created by ourselves - www.stevesims.com, a uk web design agency), so we are looking to sell it.
Our ideal buyer would be interested in taking the site forward and ideally interested in golf, as there is an opportunity to add a lot more to the site such as selling equipment online etc...
Due to all the hard work we have put into the site, with the development and optimization side of things, we are only looking for serious bidders and are only looking for someone with the experience to move the site forward, as we don't want all of our hard work to go to waste.
The website itself is a membership website, currently charging £9.99 p.a via paypal to members, who once joined can post and read all the tips on the site. We have also run competitions for discounts, etc. for members of the site in hook ups with suppliers.
The site has had over 250 users, but most of the these are currently inactive due to the lack of attention the site has received in recent times.

2. How many new members are joining per month. Do you have screenshot for the same.
3. Can you show a screenshot of traffic with referrals to see how many people are coming from search engines. -

Also, how many pages/articles are there for user to view when user registers. Who has created that content? Is that content unique and can be made public?

THE FEE ENABLES THEM TO ACCESS THE SITE FOR ONE YEAR. UPON EXPIRY THEY ARE AUTOMATICALLY SENT AN EMAIL ADVISING THEM OF THE EXPIRY AND THEY HAVE THE OPTION OF SIGNING UP FOR A FURTHER YEAR AT THE SAME PRICE

NOT MANY AT THE MOMENT, AS WE HAVEN'T CARRIED OUT ANY PROMOTIONAL WORK ON THE SITE AT ALL. LESS THAN THREE A MONTH AT THE MOMENT

SOME OF THE CONTENT WILL BE UNIQUE, SOME WON'T AS WE DON'T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER USER GENERATED CONTENT.
WITH SOME SMALL CHANGES TO THE SITE, IT COULD BECOME A PUBLIC/FREE FOR ALL WEBSITE
