I am selling my Internet marketing/make money online blog that I started last December (although, the domain was reg'd October). I'm putting up the site for sale since I want to focus more on other projects and because I don't enough time to take this blog to the next level.

Revenue Details
Other than emailing a few potential advertisers and creating a unique eBook, I have not tried to monetize the website at all. It has, however, still managed to pull in quite a decent income.
Here is the income broken down:
5 x $6.99 (eBook Sales - Special Price) = $35
1 HostGator Referral = $50
Total Revenue For February so far, 2008 = $85 (I put it at $100 since new sales are bound to be made by the end of this month.)
The eBook still hasn't been officially launched on the blog, so that should bring in quite a bit of cash as well.
As I mentioned earlier, I didn't aim to monetize the blog from the start as I had other projects and was pretty busy with my exams.

How Easy it to Earn From This Blog?
I've got to admit, blogs in this niche are probably easiest ever to make money with. Here are just some of the ways you can earn with this blog:
1. Sell Products - There are thousands of people online that are constantly searching for was to make money online. Launching products on the blog can be a great way to make tons of cash, but since the blog already comes with a unique eBook, all you have to do is sit back and watch the sales come in.
2. Offer Services - If you are a professional writer or designer, then offering your services on a well known blog can help you out tons.
3. Private Advertising - There are a lot of people looking for blogs to advertise on in the "Internet marketing/make money online" niche. Sell a few banners at $10 a piece along with a few paid reviews a month, and you're looking at an easy $200/month at the minimum.
4. Affiliate Marketing - If you don't want to sell your own products, you might think of promoting other people's products. As long as the products are of high quality, then a good review can take rake in quite a bit of cash for you.
But with a bit of effort and promotion, you could easily make a couple hundred off the blog easily.
Traffic Details
The site gets about 1,500 - 2,500 unique visitors a month (3,000-5,000 pageviews) when I work on it's promotiong (which I don't do much).
The traffic comes from the following places:
