i'm using adbrite and it working quite fine then adsense. i was using adsense before then switched to adbrite, and my earnings were increase by 3x. Also there a quite much donations from users.

Im afriad i can not get web stats as media temple is self managed and it was not recording any figures - i hve turned this on now. it was previously with hostgator and i have uploaded these stats, but im not too sure if there correct.

I brought this site about 6 months ago - im not technical at all and its in php, i had problems verifying the site - the site does work in IE but performs better in Firefox

Regarding legality, isn't that what TV-Links owner was doing that got him arrested by UK authorities? Have you sought any legal counsel for this site or is just your assumption?
Can you post rev stats for the first 2 weeks of January, or perhaps the months before December?
Are AWStats posted for October the full month?

Freakin: there are many sites which offer free music downloads, when i brought this site a few months ago these were my concerns - but i was assured its 100% legal as this is browse based ( how googe works) there is music on your server - also there are many other sites like this like http://www.musicdumper.com/ an they do extreamly well - i have just activated my hosting package on media temple to record stats and i will upload once i have them

You're going to have to verify site access to get a serious buyer.
Is the script completely custom for the site, or are you using a script available to the public? The facebook application looks like it's not from tuzic, why didn't you name the facebook app tuzic?

I did not make the facebook application i brought it with the site it can be a great revenue earner, im sure the name of the application can be changed.
