Hey Spers,
I have a unique content site on Diabetes that has been getting great consistent traffic for probably a year or more now without me doing any work so it's a nice little passive income.
The site is in a great niche ( medical ) and could be monetized several other ways but I have changed my business model and wont be doing anything with it so why not sell.
Sits 5th in Google for " What causes diabetes " and several other ranks.
