The blog was created for my girlfriend and she lost interest and I have no interest in this niche myself so I am letting it go very cheap.

Astrology-Love-Compatibility.com Traffic: This blog was setup in the beginning of October of 2008. Google Analytics reports 1,400 visits since then. It was all built organically. The blog has received traffic for several niche related keywords including: "zodiac love compatibility", "love compatibility", "lesbian horoscope compatibility", "numerology compatibility", "lesbian zodiac compatibility", "astrology love compatibility", "lesbian love compatibility", "numerology love", "zodiac chemistry", "compatibility quizzes" and over 600 more.

Product Creation Potential: This niche is begging for a "lesbian love compatibility" product to be created. The blog already ranks for a lot of related terms. Give them a product and you have a gold mine on your hands. I couldn't find an affiliate product specifically geared towards that community.

AdSense: AdSense has been setup on the single post pages. It has earned $6.76 since the beginning of October.

Twitter: A Twitter account has been setup for this blog. All new posts get auto-posted to Twitter creating backlinks as a result. Link: http://twitter.com/lovecompat

Autoresponder: An optin form has been created to collect visitor emails to add to your autoresponder database. It has been setup with AWeber. It has been placed in both the top right corner of the blog and below each post. It offers a free ebook which is just a link to a ClickBank offer that has the free ebook. To get the ebook the person must join the list for the Clickbank offer and they are then sent a variety of messages trying to sell the main product where you will get a commission. I tested it and the affilliate link stays in tact for all followup emails from the merchant.

Accounts: Several accounts have been created for this blog and I will provide a file with the usernames and passwords for each one. The accounts include: Gmail, Feedburner, Wordpress.com, Technorati, Squidoo, HubPages, Ezine, Weebly, etc.

FriendFeed: A FriendFeed account has been created which displays the blogs RSS feed publicly. FriendFeed Link: http://friendfeed.com/astrologylove

Social Bookmarking: The home page of the blog, all posts, all extra content (Ezine Article, Hub, Lens, Mini-Site) have all been submitted to various Social Bookmarking sites.

Domain: The domain is hosted with GoDaddy which can be pushed to your GoDaddy account for free. It is registered until early October 2009.

Premium Theme: This blog uses a premium theme valued at $70. You will be granted a single use license for the theme at no extra charge.
