I was just offered a major contract and can't continue to run Just Add Me so I want to turn it over to someone who can keep building on the current strengths. I have a new design and new features ready but have not released them yet as I thought they would be stronger for the new owner to launch and market to promote and get the benefits from.
The site allows users to create a widget that allows people can connect with them on social sites including mySpace, digg, facebook, twitter, flickr etc.
In Novemeber the site served 209,983 unique visitors -- our highest month was just over 400,000 unique visitors. My belief is that once the updates are released, the numbers should move quickly back to the 400,000 mark and beyond. The site gets between 50 - 100 new members per day.
I have not tried to make money on this site but the new features and design should help greatly. One the new features is a profile page for each user that links back to via the widget. The profile page should be a good place to put ads. The site is mainly used by bloggers so some a "freemium" model could work well for up selling to other blogging services should be a nice fit.
No revenues at the moment but a blank canvas for the new owner.

Do you have any screenshots or a demo of the new design?
I am assuming the traffic you are showing accounts for view of the widget on installed sites? Do you have any stats for just the website? Do you know how many installations you have?

@cashable yes I have screenshots of the new design etc but I am not going to post them here if anyone wants to see it then get in touch. I will try and get a demo site up and running.

Yeah the traffic is mainly then widget displays. The site itself does about 1000 page views and 700 visitors about a month. However this is because there is not much on the site currently, the new widget and profile page should change this greatly. The problem is I cannot show you a detailed pageview screenshot as it would give users traffic levels away and that is a big no no for me.
Included in the BIN price I will help the new owner get the update up and running as I want this site to be as big as it deserves.

VB.NET but would be easy to change to C#
how did/do you promote this site??? whats the main source of the traffic?
It was mentioned on a couple of tech blogs when it launched etc but its not being actively promoted at the moment and people see it on peoples blogs and thats the main source of traffic.
what are the other expenses for the website?
server hosting and other if any?
its just server hosting and I currently use discountasp.net.

PM me what you want to know. Like I said above I am uncomfortable sharing individual page view stats because they give away my members traffic.
I have been asked if I would lower the price if it was without the new version and in short the answer is yes I am open to discussions on this.
