Description

I'm selling my website www.mmorpg-x.com Currently I have no time to work on it. About 10th-20th place in mmorpg niche. "Mmorpg.com" this niche's biggest site has over $1million revenue of ads monthly.

I'm very unhappy that I must sell this site, I wanted to make the biggest site in the niche of it, had extremly lot of work in it, but life and family.....you know :S

Monthly revenue : $1300 (banner ads (currently Wanted $1000 and Prisonstruggle $250 and adsense about $50-$150/month)

Traffic : 1000-1200 UVs daily All native traffic, USA, UK, Canada, site has no payed ad or traffic buy
Hosting and registrar : GoDaddy, deluxe hosting
Maintain : half hour daily, to improve I suggest 1-3 full time workers

Revenue Details

Monthly revenue : $1300 (banner ads (currently Wanted $1000 and Prisonstruggle $250 and adsense about $50-$150/month)

I just wanted to start out with pay per impression advertisement like mmorpg.com. It pays about $0.01/impression in average, so the 4 main ad spot on the sitecan pay about $3000 monthly with the 60K-70K page views.

The longest time in maintaining is the contact with advertisers (I get 1-2 emails weekly from game developing companies about ads)

Some other possibilities are the featured game in the toplist, and premier toplist members, that pays $3/member/week, and a toplist like size of mmorpg-x used to have about 15-20 premium members, paying another $180-200 monthly.

Traffic Details

USA/UK/Canada in over 90%

50%-60% from search engines, the others from the toplist members

THERE IS NO PAYED ADS FOR THE SITE, NOR ANY BOUGHT TRAFFIC. ALL TRAFFIC IS 100% RELEVANT TO MMORPGS

How will the wanted / prison struggle ads continue?

Most of the revenue is from this, so how can I make sure these revenue streams continue?

there is no guarantee. actually Wanted's ad expires 4th dec. this is just proof for the amount of money that you can ask for the link spaces.

Wanted only in november. They stopped because of low registering rate (12%) but their banners click through rate was over 34% Actually Wanted is not a typical mmorpg, thats why they had such low rate.

Before wanted, zerogamers.com and worldoflagas.com was advertising at us in the main banner slot.

Prisonstruggle is started ads at may. I had several other companies advertised in last months on the site, like mmobay.com and some online casino and mmorpg gold selling sites.

NitemarE : ask an ad price list from mmorpg.com, check their monthly impression number and count. (as I remember they make $0.3/impression and has over 3.5 million impression/month). And they seems to have all their ad spots 100% sold, never seen a blank ad spot.

30 cents an IMPRESSION???? That number is hugely wrong. It wouldn't surprise me if they make 30cents/CPM. Maybe 30 cents a click, but there is zero chance they made that an impression.

Check that site. There are 12 ad sports on the homepage... That tugether easily make $0.3/impression
