   We have spend about $8,000 to develop this site, but due to this recession I can no longer afford to manage it, so i am trying to sell some of my assets. This is a great site as you can use it to sell memberships for users to track conversions. Also companies can brand it with their site.

   Looking for highest bid or if someone decides to buy, they can contact me with a offer via pm, but i prefer bidding.

   In the description, it says start it off at 15,000. I actually relisted the auction, and forgot to change it.

   After testing the service a bit, I can see potential but also observe a number of oddities. You mention being almost out of money for "making small tweaks and testing"... are these items documented? Do you have a list of what needs to be done? I see this as not quite complete and KNOWING exactly where things stand is obviously easier than taking on a new project and trying to discover what remains to be done.

   How much feedback has been received from the 100+ beta users and is it in written form?

   Can I use the system and see how it works for a customer. If it works well, I may be interested. Also, can you guarantee me that it was coded by you from scratch and you have all the rights to the code.

   The service in fact has a lot of potential. Here are the things that will need to be done with the site. The site tracks conversions by putting code in 3rd party shopping carts that webmasters use to sell products on their site.

   Currently the site has tested code for oscommerce, 2checkout, avactis, paypal, amember, zencart, and cs cart. We created code for about for about 15 more shopping carts but not tested. The code is easy to integrate, it just a matter of using the correct shopping variables.

   Testing is the problem because you need to find users who has these shopping carts to test to see if conversions are pass into system, Most of the shopping carts that needs to be tested cost money. Basically testing is really easy. Example. If I found your site on google using a keyword, and buy throw 2checkout. The conversion will show the amount for the keyword in google in the system.

   This system focus on determine where your sales are coming from and targets users who own 3rd party shopping cart. I think it can become popular but integrating with all available shopping carts on the market.

   The other feature that was created is the branding feature. Paid users can put their code in a header and footer file and the login page looks like thier own site. This was only tested and worked for me and programming. This code is 100 percent coded from scratch and owned by me.

   This company actually needs a big investor to promote and continue making it better. I do not promote it cause i have 2 projects. Once which is making me money currently, but not enough to promote conversionstats.com like it needs to be.

   The site also has a full admin, so you can compare all users data at once or individually. The information collected can be use to big advantages, but I want to ensure customers their data will not be sold.

   Another unique thing about conversionstats is that its track seo friendly links, This is new but have not be able to promote the idea like i want. This means, you can pay for seo links, and the system can still determines the conversions origin without putting code on the link.

   I can provide support to new owners until they understand the system. I can also assist your programmers on how it work, but we need to mutually agree on time frame.
