Produces around $350-375+ net profit per month in revenue so far. Again, the mentioned figure above is NET profit. Lets break this down:
Income: $5895
Expense: $3201
Net Profit: $2694

MP3Critic.Net is fairly easy to run and maintain. All traffic is from PPC, Google Adwords. The winning bidder will receive all HIGH converting keywords that generates the bulk of my income for the site. This should allow for an easy-to-start income generation system. SEOing the site and moving towards other PPC venues like Yahoo or MSN would help produce more revenue for anyone truly serious about this venture.

In your Adwords screenshot it says you budget $50 a day but your expenses are only $3,201 for 7 months, did you recently raise Adwords budget as that doesn't add up over 7 months?

I think the question was more that you probably weren't hitting your max budget each day...
What adword account details are you going to provide? All keywords, keyword bids and ads? Will you download your entire campaign and send that to the buyer?

Yes, you are correct. The adwords account keywords and ads will be provided, just like I stated in the description above.

Great looking site and seller feedback. One question: how are the Quality Scores of the keywords in the Adwords account? Now that Adwords shows a QS column in keyword reports, could you possibly post a screenshot of such report with confidential columns hidden?
I know the ads/keywords will be transferred to the new owner's acct, but this would be a good indication of how well the paid search algo "likes" the site. And with near 100% being paid, that seems pretty important.
Also, do you have any keyword-level conversion tracking?

1search- I would be more than happy to send over QS to the winning bidder of this auction. No problem.
Of course, when starting out with the keywords and ads I send you on a new Adwords account, the QS will be low, but it will only take a few weeks for it to reach the levels I have it at, due to the fact that all my keywords and ads are at the highest possible quality level and conversions. I have removed all keywords that are not producing a positive income, and all ads have been split tested for the highest level CTR. You will be receiving 7 months of keyword/ad level testing.
I do use keyword level tracking programs. How else would I be able to make $$$ on PPC. ;) I will be recommending a keyword level tracking tool to the winner is he/she so pleases.
