The site has a link directory included in auction, and it was not on my immediate to-do list to monetize the site. But please consider what you are getting, the domain is over 7 years old and has some great positions on Google already. I simply have no time to work on this particular site, I am a developer and that's what I do, but whoever wants to have this great domain name, site and already established position on Google can put more time and effort into the site and start making real money.
