Description
Hello to my fellow webmasters,
I have an unusually unique system that I want to sell here that has the near future in mind. If you are aware of the growing job crisis here in the USA you will immediately recognize the value of owning a system like this one I have for sale. Even as you read this the auto industry is begging to be "saved" by the central bank.
People are losing jobs left and right, and the next year or so will more than likely get worse.
But not for you.
I have designed this system to be used by the job seekers of the state of Tennessee to by-pass the need for the money-sucking employment services industry. The services market is going to be taking the biggest hit during the coming year ( or so ) of recession in the USA. The employment services market is now obsolete because of this system I have made. It literally replaces them. Just as the robot replaced many of the American workers after the Industrial Revolution, this system replaces the employment services at a significant savings to the job-seeker and the employer looking for a worker. Technology strikes again !
Do you think that the workers are interested in making a bit more money per hour ? I have already talked with them, and the answer is a big "YES !".
I have designed this system to actually allow them to make money while they are out looking for a job. They are already talking to the employers and why not pay them to
tell them about my system ? This feature is already included with this site.
This site is monetized by the employer that uses it. It operates by automatically taking a text message sent from the job-seeker and displaying that "I-need-a-job" message to any employer signed up into the system. It happens in seconds and allows the job-seeker to have the free option of sending out their availability for work to many many employers at one time. ( This is the same thing an employment service does. ) The employer
spends much less money and has the same service, but also has it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Eventually, the system should be made free and have adsense ( or some other money-maker ) added to catch those clicks from the "tire-kickers".
When ten employers sign up, you make either 800 or 400 dollars. You make 800 if they do not have a control number and 400 if they do. The objective is to wean the employers from using the employment services in Tennessee. There are over 100 of those employment services just in Nashville. Do you see how much you will make ?
With this system you are streamlining the job market at a time when everyone is not just looking to save money, but also looking for work.
If you would like to see how the system works simply sign up at the site by clicking on the "test drive" link in the middle of the top of the page. You will then have access to the messages displayed in real-time on the site via RSS. Some are job seekers and some are not. It was made for an example only.
This site has a 97% SEO grade at domaintools.com. I did not try hard to get that rank because I have learned how to make sites this way by "default". It is how I make all sites.
Why am I selling this ?
I have bigger fish to fry. I am moving into software creation and plan on making more with that than with automatic databases that provide a service, even a truly original service like this one.
What do you get with this site/system ?
You will get the joomla 1.5 database, which includes the workers that are currently signed up into the system. There are no employers signed up yet. ( The newspapers are owned by Gannett which owns Careerbuilder, so a press release is out of the question for this area. )
You will get the domain name. It is registered at Namecheap. Its free to sign up for an account at Namecheap. You will get the extra web pages that have the forms to sign up the workers and the employers. The forms send their results to any email. The forms are designed to be robot-resistant.
The site has been up for a month or so and no robot has made it through my forms yet.
You will get the custom graphics that make the default template a little easier on the eyes. With joomla, changing a template is nothing more than a few points-and-clicks. A completely new look can be had
if you choose to buy your own template for the site. It will still work exactly the same way with any template.
The Tennessee unemployment rate is as high as it has ever been since 1993 ( bls.gov ), yet people are still moving to Tennessee from other areas. There are NOT more jobs being created - which means the unemployment rate will be going even higher.
Buy It Now is $200.
Bonus to the "Buy It Now" bidder: You will get the site set up on your Joomla-ready server for free. Your webhost must allow the unpacking of compressed files on your account.
How do you know if you have a Joomla-ready webhost ?
- They will have upgraded to PHP version 5.2.4 or at least to 5.0. Ask them to upgrade again if they have PHP 5.0.4 as that version will interfere with the installation of joomla. Do not use PHP 4.3.9, PHP 4.4.2 or PHP 5.0.4
- They will have MySQL 3.23.x or above. 5.0.45 is a modern release.
- They will have Apache 1.3 or above. A modern realease is 2.2.6.
