How many hours a week does it take to write reviews/maintain & manage directory? And I'd also like to know why you are selling? It seems that you are making good income.

Has it always been PR2? I've known about this directory for a while and the design is certainly memorable. I assume it would be PR5/PR6 ...

@chimaera - It has been PR2 for over a year. I haven't had any time to do link building.

What marketing do you have in place and what are the costs ? i.e. paid backlinks etc.

Hi Onlinedude, interesting directory. Are you the developer/original owner? I'm wondering how many owners the property has had. If multiple owners, how long have you owned? Also, are listings lifetime? Are there revenue opportunities for re-listing after X years?

@thomsonator - I'm the second owner. I purchased the directory in July 2007 from the original owner.

All listings are lifetime listings. For future listings you could do whatever you wish, including raising the price or charging for annual listings. I'd recommend doing that, but only after you've put some effort into marketing the directory.

@ianpurton - There's no marketing or paid links. That's why I think the directory has a lot of potential.
