Background
I Purchased this website around 1 week ago. I wanted to re-brand the site from scriptprofit.com to phpvse.com (PHP video search engine). Next week I will be working abroad with limited internet access. Because of this, I am selling the website to someone who can continue development.
Since purchasing the website, I have yet to configure Paypal and install the PHP script of the video search engine. Because of this, I have made no sales, my main focus has been re-designing and re-branding the site.
The website statistics are from when I purchased the site, hence why no new sales since early November. Because the site has been offline for a week, you may find sales will be slow for a few days.
The previous seller stated to me that the website has not had any PPC, the website receives links from forums and other sources. The sites script is not listed on any PHP script site, so obvious traffic could be generated here.
The site can be fully automated, by incorpating a shopping cart (paypal), the buyer can download the script straight away. I looked into this, but as stated I just have not got time to develop this.
I would say this site would be perfect for someone who loves developing. At its current state, a lot can be done to the site to improve it, but also it would run smoothly as it is. Once a shopping cart is included, and the site is promoted more, it really will be automated, only work would be to answer customer’s questions and SEO.

Upon completion of the auction and payment sent, I can either FTP or zip the content in an email to you. My hosting is $8 per month, and I recommend 1and1.com. (this way domains will be transferred a lot quicker)
If you wish to use escrow, (preferred) I will transfer the domains to you with the extra documents, then when domain is approved, I will send over the actual website contents.
If you wish to use paypal, when funds received, I will transfer domains. Once you have control of the domains, I will then send over website content.
Revenue Details
The NET profit (so this is taking out the paypal fees) is $1085.
The site sells a PHP video search engine script. The previous owner of the site stated that the content is unique to the site.
Money can also be made from adsense but this has not been set up.
Traffic Details
As stated, i was remarketing the site from scriptprofit.com to phpvse.com. When added to the search engines, the traffic grew as the site was top 5 for " php video search engine script"
No longer in the top ten for this, but tweaking keywords etc would bring this back up.

Thanks for the question - I should have clarified this in the listing.
I have recently finished a rolling 1 month contract in the Middle East. At the end of the last month, the contract was released.
When I came back I looked around for a project to take on. This seemed ideal for me.
I have recently been contacted to go back out on another rolling 1 month contract. (Scheduled for 5 months)
At this stage, the site is only starting with the SEO work; unfortunately I do not have the time to continue this when i go back out and the site will more of a distraction to me.Although the site could be automated, I would still need to respond to customers questions/concerns. I do not want to influence a negative reaction in terms of customer relations.
