Also, both products are on top 10 organic search results in search engines for relevant keywords, ( such as anti keylogger or email backup ) but this can be improved by one with good seo skills.
Visitors can download a trial version, see if it is just what they were looking for, and if yes, they will purchase a License for full version.
After purchasing, they are provided with a License Key that is generated automatically, and with an email with after purchase details.
The business requires very little time to maintain ( only a few hours per week to check emails ), and very little resources ( a normal webhosting account ). The business is stable, sales have been steady over the years, and sales history can be provided for the last several years. What you get:

The owner must check email for support inquiries, and reply if any. Usually there are very few support requests ( mostly lost License Keys, answered questions, etc )
The products will sell many years to come, as both anti keyloggers and email backup tools will still be usable.
From time to time, every few years, the products must have a new version released, to remain attractive. -

Amic Tools and Amic Utilities are two paralel sites, both mine.
Amic Utilities was the first site I released, and after some while I registered Amic Tools as it sounded better somehow ( tool sounds more appropiate, that utility which sound like gas or electricity )
I had most of the products on Amic Utilities, and I released only 2 under the Amic Tools brand.
The two sites have several similarities, but they have their own traffic each, and their own proprietary products.

So this software does not include (all exclusive rights) to the software
since you are selling the same tools (i.e. email backup)on the other site? -

It include all exclusive rights, as there are not the same tools.
Anti Keylogger Shield does not have a similar product on the other site, is unique.Email Backup does have a similar product, but the source code is completely different, it was writted from scratch by a different developer, however he followed the similar specifications and feature list when creating it.
Outlook Express Backup Genie was making about US $1000 per month ( profit ) so I wanted a similar but different backup tool, to see if it makes the same. That's why I asked an other developer to create it, using similar specifications.
