Description

The name AuctionTechniques.com has been registered since March 2006 and currently gets approximately 200 - 250 visitors per month.

The site has recently been updated and consists of:

  • Sales page - selling ebook guide on selling on eBay
  • Subscription form - prompts visitors to subscribe for weekly newsletter
  • Articles / content - used to generate traffic and Adsense revenue

Since re-designing the site, a mailshot was sent out to just under 600 subscribers, and 3 orders were made with NO warm up and NO pre-selling.

No other promotion has been done to the site recently.

The subscription list will NOT be sold, due to privacy of the subscribers. However, there are over 100 messages within an Aweber account, which can be transferred to your Aweber account if applicable.

All the content on the site is generated from PLR articles and reports. You can re-write any of the content on the site as you wish.

The bonus on the page sent to after successful purchase is eBay Extreme, which you will have resell rights to.

Currently, there is a Blogger blog subfolder attached to the site, which you can remove, redesign or change to Wordpress if you wish.

The site design is easy to follow and the sales copy is professionally written especially for this site.

Many other PLR eBay articles will be included with the sale, so you can add to the site over a period of time to build traffic.

I will also include a Squidoo lens (www.squidoo.com/auction-sales) as part of the sale. You can either take over that account, or the lens can be transferred to your Squidoo account.
