What's for sale, and why?

I'm selling my internet marketing blog which I started last August 11. I'm selling it because I found out that I have no time to maintain it any more. I've built quite a good following already, with each post averaging 10-15 comments, so even with an owner change I doubt that the readers would leave (unless of course you don't do a great job in publishing quality posts).

What's included in the sale?

The domain, of course, and the site itself. Full rights to the content and design. I spent $350 on the unique blog design. The blog theme is easily configured, almost everything is widgetized so you can freely customize it. The posts were written by me, except for 1 or 2 which was/were (a) guest post(s). All of them are 100% unique and original - no content scraping, rewriting, whatever.

What's so special about this blog?

First, I built this blog keeping in mind that I MUST provide SMASHING tips on internet marketing. This means that I never provided my readers any stale or useless information. I had to keep the quality in tact and at the same time, get the attention of my readers.

You've seen those other IM/MMO blogs that just give you repeated news like StumbleUpon doing this and John Chow doing that. You've seen those blogs which have "positive reviews" on products just to get you to buy and make them a nice profit. Net Strife is different, and that's why YOU should take this chance to own it. I've exerted effort to create every single post that can be found on the site. I wasn't carefree and impulsive everytime I hit the "Publish" button. Is it easy to make money off this blog?

I must say it's not that easy, primarily because I didn't start this blog to start making money. I started it to just share my thoughts on the subject.

This blog is not your typical 'make thousands of dollars within one week' blog, nor your stereotype 'I tell you I make money but I actually don't' blog!" If you're dedicated enough then you wouldn't find it very difficult to earn.

I got a few advertisers at the first few weeks of the site, so this means that the blog was able to attract advertisers immediately. I have a few Paypal subscribers (125x125 ads) also so that's going to help you make a stable amount per month.
