No maintenance at all, if you look at the articles I haven't made an article since 04 June 2008. I haven't really moderated the forum. Even though the site has no articles in brings in big revenue. So the site has much potential, start making articles and post in forum and earn more money.

Sorry, but adsense stats won't cut it.
Please supply traffic screenshots including site referrers, keywords, countries and a breakdown of the traffic sources (%).

That's why there's a test period with escrow after you buy the site, you can see what it's like for a few days.
I don't know about you, but traffic doesn't mean anything unless you are earning money. And this site is earning money! I had many sites where they have been getting a shit load of traffic, but earning nothing. See this site is perfectly optimized for adsense and has a great click through ratio.
If I had more in depth stats I'd post them, but I feel that google adsense traffic stats should be enough.

Icedoput, I understand what you're saying about traffic vs. revenue, but what we'd like to see is where the traffic is coming from and is it likely to continue, ie. is there an obvious track-record of organic results leading to traffic.

I got ya! The traffic is organic, will show you when it comes time to. In the meantime if you look up the main words "mustang cobra" on google, the site does come up 4th.

I just never resulted in using analytics, heard it can possibly weigh your site loading time down, after I heard that I never bothered to with any of my sites. Especially when I'm on a shared server. Always went by good adsense, since it's the only thing mattered to me. But, I do understand it is important if you are selling your site. A lot of people do use adwords and if you stop using that traffic could sieze up. I can promise you I have never used any banner advertising program
