Description
My partner and I are selling some of our websites in order to gain capital for a new project we want to start. We are selling http://www.newagedieting.com - A Wu Yi tea site that makes money from incentaclick... $26 per sale.
Since July 1st, 2008 we have made $847 (35 sales).
There is a blog at http://www.newagedieting.com/blog where we write content to add to the site. It doesnt need to be updated that much but it won't hurt if you do update it. We will split the escrow or bank fees 50/50.
Note: No refunds or exchanges. Sold as is. We have dealt with a lot of non paying bidders and are sick of them so please only ask questions and bid if you are serious about wanting to take over this website!!! We accept payment via escrow or bank wire transfer.
Revenue Details
This site makes 26 dollars per sale from an affiliate program. We don't ship the item or anything like that. We simply get paid when they complete the offer and fill out their shipping info with a valid credit card.
Since July 1st we have made 35 sales and $847
Traffic Details
Traffic comes from MSN, Google, Digg, EzineArticles...
It has a very good rank for the keyword "Wu-Yi Tea" in MSN.. it fluctuates ranking from #4 to #8 for this term..
We have done link building on the site to make a solid base for the traffic. We started by doing article submissions but they dont need to be done anymore... We haven't done those in a while and the site still makes sales.

where is the site hosted? will you push the site to the new owners host along with the blog?

No we do not accept paypal but you can pay with paypal through escrow.
The site is hosted on my dedicated server which is by hostgator.
I will push the domain for free but you will be responsible for transferring the site to your own server.
Don't feel rushed to move the site to your server though... I don't mind being patient while the buyer transfers the site.
Thank you. -

another question - I use a software for my other sites which is nontraditional and I house my files within it - so I am not at all experienced in transfering files from one server to another however I am sure I could easily find some help with this.
Will you send a copy of all the files for viewing during the escrow process? Sorry, but I was burned on a sale by a guy that said he would send them and 3 weeks later poof, his server went down along with all the files into cyberspace.

yes i will send files for viewing but i will not send the database until the payment is receieved and confirmed. I will back all of them up before the buyer touches anything... just in case.

the website isnt "automated"
however we havent done any work on it in about a month or month and a half and it's making sales. it's made 4 sales ($104) since we listed it for auction 7 days ago. It just sits and makes money and has been working for us.
