Description
This is an eBay affiliate website that combines unique content on every page with eBay listings. It also has adsense which provides a little income but the bulk of the earnings are from eBay affiliate commissions. The eBay listings automatically update so you don’t need to do anything to keep each page fresh with new content!
Over the past year, the site has earned $386.44 with $61.09 coming from adsense and the rest from eBay. (It might be more profitable to remove the adsense ads and get more ebay bids! - I can do that for the buyer if you want)
This website is just a bit over a year old and basically earns money on autopilot. I just renewed it on August 7th, so it's good for almost another year. It’s been pretty steady over the year with a surge in sales around the holidays last year. I initially promoted it with a few articles and since then, I haven’t done much - about every 2 or 3 months I do a minimal promotional campaign which might consist of distributing an article or getting some links on blogs or doing some social bookmarking - only about 2 or 3 hours of work!
Since it’s been going strong for a year now, you could probably keep it earning at the same level with the same minimal amount of work (3 hours every 3 months), of course I can’t make any guarantees on that! If you wanted to bring it to the next level you could bump up the promotional efforts to once a month, once a week or even daily and get it to earn even more money!

The stats were taken this morning (9-8) so it looks like the traffic for September will be about the same as August was.
This is a static website that uses php scripts - should work on most hosts but it won’t work on 1and1 hosting (they don’t support the php functionality it needs). I have installed other sites using these scripts on a bazillion other hosts and all the others seem to work fine. I will install this for you on your host and help you change the ad sense and eBay affiliate id’s if you want - no extra charge!

Here's some answers to your questions:
Ebay makes a lot more money than adsense - the ebay earnings were $280.91 and adsense only $61.09
The site updates itself automatically - you don't need to do anything, in fact I don't think I've even added any pages or edited it since I made it.
I don't spend anytime daily on the site - Once every 3 months I write an article or do some social bookmarking spending 2 or 3 hours on it once every 3 months.
You don't need to buy a license, the script comes with the site - it's a PHP script, nothing too fancy, it just pulls in the ebay rss feed.

Here's some keywords you can find it for in Google (searches were done without quotes):
pink and brown comforters = #3
star wars comforter = #9
pink and brown bedding = #7
