Hi, guys, im giving up one of my favorite sites to sell here. Basically, PhotoshopTeacher is a blog built on offering photoshop tutorials as well as articles and other informative posted information to it's reader-base. This website uses the latest version of Wordpress (2.5.1) as it's backend. It is a very easy, simple, fast working interface and if you're familiar with it, I think most would agree on that. Anyway, onto more important things.

Traffic:
I have spent good time building traffic for this website. We currently serve anywhere from 11,000 pageviews to 13,000 daily, and usually around 800-3000+ visitors on a daily basis. This means were serving around 30k visitors a month and about 250,000+ pageviews. Our reader-base consists mostly of individuals within the ages of 16-29 being of the male gender. We get a small amount but growing rate of traffic from search engines but primarily traffic has come from sites like good-tutorials, tutorialized, tutorial-index, and designfloat. Being that we are in the graphic design genre, we stick to sites within the area and I feel this is a good thing. We have been recognized by the MocoLoco, TutsBuzz, and Open Source Design just to name a few. Anyhow, I have posted my stats in the image files.

Sources of income:
Primarily Adsense. For the most part you can all of the updated adsense earnings on the image wall. Besides this I have sold 2 text link ads as well. They will most likely run out before this action is over.

I have way' too much on my plate at the moment and I am totally overloaded. Also I need this for my tuition.
*I had this website appraised and the BIN is set BELOWthe appraised value of $2600 to $1050. I am currently accepting offers and bids (obviously), large or small.
