I see a long list of the Sponsor links on the right hand side of the home page. Is that where the revenue comes from? Are those monthly subscriptions? If so, how much do they go for.
Also, do you charge for link submission into your directory?

@arbonboy: Yes the right side list is where the revenue is generated, based on monthly basis, i normally charge $20-$25 per link per month.
Regular submission is for free (regular and featured), you can switch the featured links submission. -
