- This application was custom made for the website by a FLEX Programmer. I bet this exercise calculator is probably the nicest calculators you will find! The special part about this calculator is that it actually has a back-end programmed in PHP where you could login and add new exercises, edit existing exercises, and delete exercises. No programming knowledge is required to edit the Exercise Calculator. You simply login to the admin area, and you can control everything from there.

The BMR Calculator FLEX Application

This FLEX application is also another custom job done specifically for this website. You will not find these calculators anywhere else! This BMR calculator has 2 version, American and Metric so your users don't have to do any math or complicated conversions. They simply choose if they want to use metric measurements (kgs & cm) or American (pounds & inches). The BMR calculator uses one of the newest BMR formulas released in 1990 by MD Mifflin and ST St Jeor. It's the most accurate formula to date!

This calculator was actually written by me in Javascript. This simple calculator is very easy to use and comes in American measurement and Metric measurements again to make it much easier for your users, since some people prefer using pounds and other prefer using kgs.
