   A few questions I received:
   1. The site is not hosted at wordpress. It uses Wordpress 2.3.3 platform. It uses one of my shared hosting plans.
   2. Domain is registered at GoDaddy
   3. Currently, I can accept payment via Paypal or MoneyBookers. Alternative arrangements can be made only for high bidders.
   4. All pages have been Search Engine Optimized using ALL-IN-ONE-SEO-PACK & GOOGLE-XML-SITEMAPS plugins
   5. Other plugins installed are: DoFollow, FeedSmith and Sociable (for social bookmarking)

   1. Some of the links sold were contextual and thus permanent.
   2. One of the advertisers guarantees $30 per month. Since I never bothered to update their ads, as of now I get only $6 from them. However, for the new owner I can GUARANTEE $30/month from this single advertiser alone.
   3. The new owner will get my account details for Paid Posting sites from where the revenue was earned. I only have one blog there so I wouldn't mind transferring my account to the new owner. This will prevent the hassle of registering to these sites and getting the blog approved (again).
   [p.s. Thus you can verify the past revenue details yourself once you have the account login info]

   Update: I've talked to a new advertiser who's willing to stay with the new owner if he gets a banner ad for $20/month. So that makes it $50/mo guaranteed for the new owner from day one in addition to links he/she sells or revenue from paid postings.

   How much do you make from the bidvertiser ads.
   Have you tried adsense before?
   How easily are the ads updated?

   1. $2.89 was made through Bidvertiser ads.
   2. I never tried adsense on the site as I wanted an advertiser which pays quickly via Paypal.
   3. I didn't quite understand the question, but the ads can be easily updated by replacing the bidvertiser code with adsense code..

   The content is 100% original and was written by a ghostwriter whom I use to pay for the articles. Please note, that the writer whose services I used is no longer accepting work, and hence I wont be able to give you his contact info.
