Description
Photwo is a fast way to create beautiful web albums and share them with friends. The key part about this website is that it is easy and fast to create albums. You can get a full featured album up in about 2 minutes as tested by several bloggers.
After you have uploaded your photos to albums, you can share photos with your friends and family and embed the albums as slideshows on homepages or blogs.
There are also many social aspects about the site like friends, commenting, profiles and so on.
The site has been hyped in thousands of blogs after launch and receives a steady amount of natural traffic, no advertising has been done yet.
Currently the site has 2477 users and 11306 photos uploaded.

The reason I am selling these sites is that I don't have the time to develop it further as I am focusing on a startup I am about to launch.
I have not monetized these sites in any way, but there are many ways to do so: Ads, newsletter advertising, premium membership models, affiliate programs.
Within June 08 photwo.com had:
- 3239 uniqe visitors
- 33425 pageviews
At the same time bldr.no had:
- 689 uniqe visitors
- 17590 pageviews
The last month there has been about 5 new registered users a day.
The stats provided in the screenshots is only for the last 3 months because I moved it to another server at that time.
The site has a lot of potential, but as I don't have time to take it further. So, have fun bidding :)

I coded the script myself.
The site requires minimal administration as everything runs by itself, so there aren't any big admin panels. Just some stats pages about how many users there are, how many new today and so on. Abuse hasn't been any problem so far, so there arent any abuse prevention systems other than the code itself which takes care of different abusive actions like for instance uploading anything other than a picture and so on.

What is your hosting cost monthly?
What other costs do you have?What country is it hosted in currently?
Do you propose the buyer take over your existing hosting account or do you propose the buyer move site to own hosting account? -

I have a dedicated server I host it on that I have all my projects on, so for me its no additional cost for hosting this site. Hosting would also be the only cost. At the moment the site takes 7.2 GB of storage and you can see the BW from the screenshots.
Currently it is hosted in Norway on a dedicated server from a good hosting provider. If the new owner wants it, I can help him with good hosting for a small fee on the current server, or he can move it to another host.
