niche site, huge traffic 85 organic , PR3

the leavingcert.com was set up in August 2006 by myself, having seen a niche.

'The Leaving Cert' exams are the final state exams Irish students have to face before going to college. Just like 'a-levels' in the UK.

So the domain name in itself is very valuable and a quick google for it will show you the competitive niche (The site ranks no.1 for that term amongst many others).

The site itself is now running on wordpress with a built in forum. It was previously running on joomla and had over 300 members but i decided to switch to wordpress as i believed i could SEO it to it's potential.

Over 85% of traffic now comes from google. In the past 30 days, the site has received 2745 unique visits, with 2368 from google. The leaving cert is currently underway, so these past few days it has been getting 200+ unique visits per day.

It contains advice, tips and little reviews of certain subjects. Over 50,000 students sit the leaving cert every year, and with such a well SEO'd site, this is a real opportunity for the right person.

The site isn't monetized and has google PR of 3, with several inner pr pages also.

I don't like selling a site with so much potential but i need the cash for other things.
